Last year, I was looking for a 2-door car and happened to drive by the dealership and saw 2 on the lot. Deciding to stop, I was introduced to Doug who asked if I had ever owned a BMW. It had been quite a while. Over a decade ago, I decided to switch from BMW and purchase an Infiniti. Since the line up has changed dramatically, Doug’s presentation and the cars convinced me that I needed to reconsider BMW again. We drove all the 2-door cars in the line up and he provided detailed information on the specifications of each option available. It took over 3 hours to get through it but I was convinced the new 2 series met my needs. There was just one problem- the car on the available car on the lot was purple, which was not my ideal color. With Doug’s help , I ordered exactly what I wanted, which was a fabulous decision. If you aren’t familiar with the BMW line, I suggest you work with Doug as he made the decision, purchase, and delivery process both informative and pleasurable - an experience that you won’t find elsewhere.

Best experience ever!!

Buying a car is often a stressful experience, however, that was not the case with Steph at Tom Bush. She did not treat me as a salesperson-buyer scenario yet she was very professional. She made the entire process seem like a walk in the park and so did the Business Manager/Financial Rep. This was very different to past experiences. The process was quick and so easy! Love this place. I went with my two daughters and they felt like they were on the coolest place aver. One of them said to me: I never want to leave this place, is so awesome!

New to the BMW Family

Picked up my brand new M2 at the end of September from Tom Bush BMW of Orange Park. Have been working with Ryan Meyer since April when I put a deposit down. From the moment my family met Ryan we knew he was not your stereotypical “sales guy”. He exudes genuine southern hospitality and has a friendly disposition that makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years. You can tell he enjoys what he does and that he wants to help you find the car that’s right for you, not just make a sale. Best service experience ever! Tom Bush BMW in Orange Park exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, informative and very helpful. Jennifer gave me updates as my car was being serviced and it was quick! I was prepared to spend all afternoon there, based on previous experiences at other dealerships. I was in and out in 90 minutes! Clean and comfortable waiting area with complimentary beverages and snacks and spotless restroom! Again, Excellent experience! Thank you Tom Bush

Came in for an “emergency” battery change. Things at BMW don’t normally happen quickly. Clem made sure I was taken care of, in and out within an hour. Grateful for his service and care.

This was my third purchase at Tom Bush of Orange Park . Sonny , my sales man, is top nudge. Friendly yet professional. He even called me on his day off to answer questions and find me the vehicle I wanted . Jorge from finance took the time to explain all finance options and warranty packages without the hard sale tactics you find in most dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership and especially these two gentlemen.

My Dream Car Has Arrived!

I ordered a new 2023 840i convertible from Tony at Tom Bush BMW. He did an excellent job of managing my order and keeping me updated on the progress of my build. Douglas handled the financing and was also very thorough and professional. We chose the Performance Center delivery and my wife and I are so glad we did. Going there has been on my "bucket list" for a while and it exceeded our expectations. Everything we experienced there was first class. We both left there with a much better understanding of what an amazing and safe vehicle they produce. Don is the resident "Genius" at the Orange Park location. He really knows his product and can help you learn about all of the technology and how it works so you get the maximum enjoyment from your BMW. We never want to drive anything but a BMW!

Find someplace else for service.

My buying experiences have been excellent, but If you buy a BMW here I strongly recommend finding another place for service. I've had 2 irritating experiences lately. The first was regarding my free oil change on my 2021. It took a while to arrange an appointment, so I reset the annoying reminder. Because I reset it, I was told I had to pay for the service. $162. Ok. You got me. The next was an oil leak on my 2014. The service advisor told me the valve cover and oil pan were leaking. $8,000. He recommended I just replace the engine. $12,000. I took it to Eurospec in Jacksonville. Turns out the leak was just the turbo oil lines. I suspect the service advisors are on commission. Maybe the mechanics too.
