I've had a used BMW sine 2015, and just purchased a new BMW from Tom Bush. The dealership is staffed by excellent people who really know what they are doing and deliver professional, friendly customer service. They also know how to wow customers. Presentation of my new car by my wonderful salesman involved a bow, a reveal and my favorite song playing in a closed room where I could be introduced to the vehicle. More importantly, while dealerships are not inexpensive for repairs, etc., I am always confident that the Tom Bush team will get the job done correctly. The most important thing is that BMWs are excellent vehicles. I loved my old car and am delighted with the new one. Every aspect of this organization is top notch. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Dan Sorenson did a fantastic job helping me order the BMW X5 that I wanted. He keep me informed of the status throughout. When my vehicle arrived he made a bid deal of revealing the vehicle. Helped me set up the electronic functions exactly like I wanted. Very personable and knowledgeable. Can’t be more pleased.

From beginning to culmination, this was an out of World experience. Francesca in sales was superb. She is knowledgeable, thorough and sincere. Sheila in finance and insurance really enjoyed helping and has a great demeanor. Rob in management checked in frequently to make sure the process was seamless. This really is the best place to buy a car! I had previously put in two custom orders at Mercedes of which I didn’t receive either. So I came to BMW after 40+ years with MB. The truly had the Best car buying experience with Dan Sorensen, from any dealership!! I was able to custom build a fully loaded. X.3 and I am so ecstatic! I ordered it in January I ordered it in January and Dan let me know when it would go into production as well as communicating with me when production started. Throughout the process, he kept in touch with me. Check to see if I needed any help with financing ahead of time, and just made sure that I was happy with the whole process sure that I was happy with the whole process. I can’t say how much I appreciate that after the horrible treatment Mercedes gave me I will forever be a lawyer BMW customer thanks to Dan and Tom Bush BMW. What a difference a salesman what a difference the salesperson makes!!!! I think I still might have been upset might have been upset with the whole ugly to your process of it for Dan. Then thank you so much and you have a loyal customer in me!!!!! BMW also has great finance rates!
