Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Bryan Orr is a terrific person from whom to purchase a new Land Rover—he knows the vehicles & is honest about trade-ins. Great experience that was quick & pleasant. The financial department is super fast—with the new paperwork system being primarily electronically transmitted—I arrived at the dealership with my trade-in and was back on the road with my new vehicle just two hours later.

Land Rover Jacksonville has an exceptional team dedicated to providing a positive experience for all guests. Dan was able to understand my concerns and answer questions and provide a solution while verifying the required parts were on site for repairing my Range Rover. He was able to set an appointment in 10 days. Mary knew the situation when I arrived and reviewed my concerns and added additional services per my request. She stayed in contact through text messages to update repair status. A complimentary wash & vacuum was perfect! Mary is fantastic! She has strong communication skills with knowledge of vehicle services and provided excellent solutions for all my concerns. Range Rover Jacksonville Team provides truly exceptional service every time! Thanks everyone.

They are very welcoming and kind. I’m always receiving the best service possible during my travels down south. They just fit you right in without an appointment and caught me up with all the recalls!!!! Even though I’m 9 hours away, I’m considering using them as my permanent service advisors. Land Rover service has always been very responsive with communication when my car is in the shop. Stephen in Service was helpful and informative and very pleasant to deal with My only complaint is when ever I need my car to go into service. It takes over a month or so for them to get me a loaner— having a more quicker turnaround time for a loaner could help improve customer service satisfaction. Angela who arranges for the loaner is very pleasant and professional and tries her best to schedule appointments.
