Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I purchased my 1st Jeep (Wrangler) in July of 2012. Upon entering the dealership I was given to a young man named Ron who listened to what I was looking for and he proceeded to show me as many vehicles as I wanted to see and answered any questions I had. We test drove several Jeeps and when I picked the one I wanted the negotiations were quick and painless. My wife and I were treated very well and enjoyed the process During the next year I had all my service done at the dealer and was pleased with everything that was done. The people are very friendly and always had a positive attitude. I really liked my Wrangler but my circumstances changed this year and in June I went back to see Ron about trading in the Wrangler for either a 4 door Wrangler or a Grand Cherokee. He showed us both vehicles and we test drove both and decided on the Cherokee. At this point I expected to get taken advantage of because of the short time we had the Wrangler but I was pleasantly surprised to be given what I feel was a fair deal. I do my homework before I look for a vehicle and I know what I must have and make sure the vehicle is equipped properly before making a deal. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our Grand Cherokee and I plan on going back soon to buy another Wrangler soon as my wife now wants the Grand Cherokee for herself.
