They sell used cars according to CARFAX We got another car this week and another great deal Their warranty /service department (Ora) are second to none From the first internet inquiry to driving off was smooth and took less than 4 hours!!!! friendly and professional

Sales staff were very friendly and professional. They quickly found a vehicle that matched my every requirement, gave me a very fair value for my trade-ins, and quickly acquired my vehicle. They have always treated well (this was our 5th vehicle purchased from them). The breakfast, lunch and warm cookies were great also.

Ora always take good care of me. The wait isn’t too bad. Even though my car is a Genesis I bought it from Fields Cadillac and go there instead of Hyundai as they have poor customer service. I always feel as if they are trying g to suck me for more money.

Mary my lucky charm

Mary helped me get my XT4 serviced I brought her in with her engine light on Ms Mary plugged it in got a code and got me serviced. Mary then looked up the auto part and make and found it was in warranty still which is going above and beyond for her customer Thank you Mary!!

"First time is like a charm"

I like the staff support and friendliness of each of my team members assigned to help me I like my sales person " Albi" most of all ...so far I like the manner in which they treated my husband as part of the now fields family as well I like the way Fields has many amenities for its customers drinks, food, free car washes, and others that I will be checking out later as I get to know them. I like the deal as it was close to what I expected when we got down to signing on the bottom line. I didn't give 5 because it was late when I left the dealership with the new car and photo staff perhaps had gone home....so I '' have to wait until my day visit to get my picture taken with my team. but i will say here...thanks Fields team! chandra mabrey

My Sales Professional Travis Felder has done it again! I trust him and can’t imagine working with any other dealership. Steve, Patsy and Ashante help make the Super Team. I’m too excited about my 2024 XT4 Sport. She’s a beauty. This is my 4th Caddy and 3 are from deals with Travis and Steve. Why go anywhere else? They’re the starting and stopping point for me. The awesome customer service that I have received over the years keeps bringing me back and keeps me loyal. The Cadillac experience never gets old. Thank you so much.

Excellent Service

Fully automated service, from initial text from the service advisor to the update on any additional work needed and recommendations. Also can send a link to pay online where I can just go straight to the cashier and have someone else pick it up. Service advisors kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and gave me a military discount since I’m a veteran.

Called And Made A Appointment With John To See Mrs Ora. Got Me In Dropped Off My Car, Got A Shuttle Ride Home. Latter That Evening Found Out There Was Nails In My Two Rear Tires Picked Up From All The New Construction In My Area. She Not Only Got The Prices And Was Ready For Me But She Knew I Had Purchased And Extended Warranty From The Dealership And Called To See If My Repairs Were Covered With My Special Plan. Sure Enough They Were Covered And When She Called She Let Me Know That It Was Covered Before I Asked. Now That’s Great Customer Service And Well Organization. The Next Morning I Was Able To Schedule A Shuttle In And Pick Up My Car! I Always Have A Great And Flawless Experience With Fields Cadillac Jacksonville. Customer service is good. Nice environment waiting for service. The only negative is the actual wait time was far more than the estimated wait time. Don't go on a weekend, nor the first of the month. It's most crowded then and they overbooked! Although the prices are fair and workmanship is good, it's just uncomfortable to wait for four hours, when they said T WO hours maximum!

The service was great,my advisor was great and the wait time was normal . While you wait you can enjoy a cup of coffee, eat breakfast or lunch or both. I had my car serviced on a Tuesday and the cook will make you feel at home. He laughs and joke and talk about football and other things. It makes the time go faster. You can also relax and watch TV. The atmosphere is excellent.
