We had an amazing experience with AutoNation, especially with Bill Beattie, our salesman. He went above and beyond to make my husband's dream of owning a V8 truck come true. Bill was extremely professional, patient, and funny during our time there. He didn't push us to close the deal, instead, he made it happen organically, which is not standard behavior from what we've seen in other dealerships. Our special thanks to him!!

Luckily, I can always count on Chris to do a terrific job caring for my 2023 Midnight Blue Chevy Equinox. Being a female, many times male salesmen try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, but not Chris. He even goes out of his way to print me out coupons to use. Purchase of Chevrolet Traverse 2023

Good service. We've been able to test drive the vehicle we liked, had plenty of time to make decision. Got pretty good offer for trade-in of our old car and also got some good rebates/discounts. Overall pretty happy with our new car and experience. One the negative side, the staff didn't know (or didn't want to share) some GM finance promos - but luckily we saw it online and were able to use it.

1500 Silverado truck

Working with Brandon Horansky was a wonderful experience. Before and after the purchase, he explained in detail the operation of the truck. Set up the operations of the truck to our personal devices and enrolled us and all the aspects of Chevrolet app. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Richie Henry the sales manager was easy to work with. he understood our needs and desires of a new vehicle and was able to negotiate the perfect outcome. Paul Rodriguez was very thorough explaining all the aftermarket warranties Definitely will recommend AutoNation Greenacres to everyone.

I scheduled the next available appointment online, which was in 3 days, on a Friday morning. The service rep was courteous and helpful. He told me that it might require more than one day. Saturday afternoon I texted him and learned that the car had been moved but not inspected yet. It was diagnosed on Monday and repaired on Tuesday. One repair was made and the other problem could not be fixed because the brake module for my 2017 Chevy was no longer being made. The price to replace two small parts and diagnose two situations was nearly $600. I thought this was high, but perhaps not unusual for dealer repairs.

Not interest in solving the problem. If it isn't a simple "change/switch part" they give up. My Camero had common problems that are affecting that CAR but instedad of taking the challenge, he said your car is good for parts sell it
