My wife and I were referred to AutoNation Chevrolet Greenacres by a good friend of mine and I'm so glad that we took his advice. Prior to arriving to the dealership I knew exactly which vehicle I was interested in, so my friend contacted Fred Ferrese who immediately reached out to me and started to work on numbers for my trade-in as well as the new vehicle. Fred was extremely helpful, professional and courteous throughout the whole process. When we arrived at the dealership Fred officially introduced himself to my family and I, he offered us beverages etc... After spending a few minutes in his office we then looked at the vehicle, went on a test drive and he was able to offer an amazing deal without having to haggle on price. This was the best experience we've ever had at any dealership. Even when introduced to Rick from finance we received the same professional and courteous treatment. No one was ever pushy or made us feel like we had to buy something we didn't want. I was amazed at the honesty and great customer service we received from beginning to the end. Before coming here I was thinking about another manufacturer and dealership altogether but because of this positive experience at AutoNation Greenacres Chevrolet they'll definitely have a repeat customer!
