We had feelers out for Mustangs that might come in. One showed up at Garber and we test drove it before they even had a chance to detail it. Harris is so easy to work with and we were able to purchase the car that morning and leave it with them while we took vacation to detail it and put new tires on it.

We were interested in buying a truck but needed guidance on many items. Hunter instantly greeted us and was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable but most importantly he was honest and upfront from the start. Every question was answered directl. It was by far the easiest car buying experience ever. We walked off the lot with a brand new truck that has everything we need and want. We made sure to post a review because the service and experience from the start was BEYOND any expectation! Go to Garber! Ask for Hunter! My only critique... the wait for the fresh popcorn in the lobby :) Garber is a community staple!

I recently purchased a 2016 f-150, I came in with needs that I thought were not gonna be reachable and through a lot of hard work my salesman Anthony Martin and the guys at Garber ford made it happen and came up with a deal that would work for us. It was one of the better experiences I've had when purchasing a new vehicle.

Dishonest and the quintessential used car salemen

Very disappointed in Garber. I initially had went to them to purchase a new vehicle and they were not the cheapest, but I wanted to buy locally and keep my money in the community. Regardless, I knew exactly what I wanted and for what price. The first salesman and I could not agree on a price and I left. I was then contacted and told that that particular salesman did not work in that department and they did not "like" him so they would not give him a reasonable price and to come back and talk to Danny. Well Danny seemed like a straight forward guy, however he turned into the quintessential used car salesman and lied to me. We agreed on a price and I signed off on it, and we made the deal. To my own admission, I was so trusting of Danny that I didn't pay attention to the final price at the sale. The price that I was charged was not the one that was agreed upon and when I brought this to Danny's attention later he stated that he didn't "recall" the pricing arrangement. I asked for the document that I had signed showing the price that was agreed upon, and the document was in fact produced showing the agreement. Only it had been altered from it's original state with a green marker on top of my writing. Regardless, It has been a couple weeks I have contacted Garber several times in an effort to get them to stand by their word and they would not. Very disappointed in Garber overall. If anyone is thinking of using Garber I would caution them to be weary about trusting their staff.

I purchased a 2015 Ford F150 XLT. Shopped dealers all of the Jacksonville area, and Garber beat all of them. My sales associate Harris Behrman was courteous, informative, and not pushy. He showed me how to use all of the features of my new truck. Another perk Garber offers is free car washes! Overall a great experience, and dealership.
