Super Service

My vehicle developed engine problems and the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and they quickly help me arrange to the have the vehicle towed in and they got on it right away. The problem was a faulty fuel pump that was quickly replaced under warranty and I was out the door and on my way.

poor service

My visit to Garber Buick on June 6th was less than satisfactory, I went in for a rim leak and irreparable tire due to a covered road hazard protection as defined in warranty, after about two hours I had to initiate contact with the service advisor "Darrell' who at no point made contact with me during my wait in order to provide any updates, I encountered a flustered service advisor who did nothing to remedy the situation other than to complain about the warranty company, this continued for another almost 2 hours for a "tire and rim issue", after approaching the advisor a second time and getting zero as far as progress, I made my dissatisfaction known to him and his lack of transparency had been duly noted, never had I ever experienced such rudeness and lack of interest in resolving an auto repair issue as I did on that occasion. To be fair my previous visit to that dealership was handled professionally and expeditiously by a female service advisor who showed great customer service skills, keeping me informed throughout. Subsequently my tire was changed, and this same service advisor called to let me know that the warranty company had denied the claim and therefore I'd be responsible for the cost. The General manager became involved at that point after I refused payment and then resolved the situation. I later learned that the tire had in fact been covered and that Garber had received payment for the claim. Ultimately, I had to return to the State of Ohio where I purchased my vehicle at Morris Cadilac and received the excellent service expected and made whole. I was offered a free oil change by the GM at (Garber) which I have respectfully declined, I can't imagine returning to this this dealership for "any" service and feel confident in their services after such an experience, it short, good service creates trust between dealership and customer, I cannot say that I trust this dealership.

They are great, Jude in service is wonderful. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Only issue I have is that it is taking 3 weeks for parts to come in.

We had an exceptional experience when purchasing our 2016 GMC Yukon. Our salesperson, Ryan Noble, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Ryan greeted us immediately upon entering the dealership and was extremely attentive to our needs and what we were looking to accomplish. Justin, Ryan's Manager, also was verynprofessional and worked very hard to put us in the right vehicle to meet our requirements. We would strongly recommend the dealership and Ryan and Justin to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Excellance!

I brought my 2011 Yukon to Garber because I'm tired of my local Stuart dealer having no appointments for me. I called and spoke to Tom who told me to bring it right over and he helped me. The overall experience was exceptional and I couldn't be more happy. I had a lot of work done and never once felt like I was pressured or taken advantage of. Even though I live 40 minutes away I'll be bringing my other 2 cars to Tom for further repairs and plan on buying my next new GMC from Garber because of him. Thanks!

Working for the insurance company and not customers!

I went in for a insurance quote and I felt like the Body Shop Manager Mario "Body Shop Manager" was working for the insurance company. He automacally assumed that my car was not related to accident mechanically and had it taken to his shop. I drove the car before the accident and after and I notice a difference in the way it was driving. He didn't! Then he charged me 115 bucks to look at it to tell me it was not related. WOW. To look at car and charge you $115 bucks. What a rip off body shop/dealership. Do not use this place and I just bought a Buick but I wont be back to get my service there for fear of being ripped off! He should be terminated!

Garber Buick GMC continues to exceed any and all expectations that I have about servicing my car after the sale. They are by far one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with and Mike Weinert, GM goes above and beyond to insure that service and quality for the customer is at the top of the list with every employee.

This appointment was for a routine oil change and basic checkup. The staff is always pleasant, and easy to work with. I have always been served quickly and efficiently. In the past, I have consulted them for issues with my car, and they have always been fair and honest. Certainly, considering the little I actually know about auto mechanics, they could have taken advantage of the situation, but have never done so. Thanks to all their staff. Debra T

From start to finish, I was made to feel like I was the most important person in the dealership. Everyone was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. This was the first time I bought a car from a dealership and walked away feeling confident I made the right decisions. I loved the family like atmosphere and was impressed to see that even the GM (Mr. Weinart) was very approachable and genuinely friendly and more than helpful! They have found a permanently loyal customer here!!
