We were greeted at the door by salesperson John Mahnken. John immediately introduced himself, asked our names and needs. We were interested in a Forester and John took us to a 2016 sat us in it and started to tell us all the info about the Forester. His enthusiasm about the product was refreshing after a day of visiting other brands dealerships and hearing " I don't know" answers. As previous Forester owners (2002), we were familiar with the advantages of the automobile, but the knowledge that John offered about the car was more than I expected and had heard from any other salesperson in the past. We looked around for about two months for a used car for my daughter that fit into our budget and was a nice looking, reliable, well-maintained car. Hard to find. But I found it on my 2nd visit to O'Brien. Each time I went I felt welcome and at ease. In fact the entire buying process was relaxed. I paid a fair price and the negotiation process was straightforward. Everyone I met was courteous and very professional. And my daughter loves her car.

After conducting a great deal of on-line research to find a top recommended mid-sized sedan, I rolled into O'Brien on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Shawn Greene at the dealership door. I had called earlier in the morning to be sure I could trade with out having my car title and I was assured we could work it out. Shawn was very knowledgeable and assisted me in selecting a Sonata Limited which had the features I wanted in a car. Once I drove the car we entered the deal making stage of the transaction. I was pleased with the no nonsense approach taken to evaluate. my trade and to negotiate the final sales price. My only concern was and continues to be the $699 Dealer fee imposed on the sale of the car. There was enough trade consideration and rebates offered to make me happy with the "out the door" price, I just don't like to see those fees added on to any invoice. Bobby G. Helped us with the financial end of the transaction and we left with a nice recommendation for a place to have lunch. Bottom line, great selection on the lot, knowledgeable sales staff and efficient finance office.

I have bought 3 new cars in the past 5 years from this dealership, all through the same salesperson, Adan! Adan represents everything a good car salesman should be. He isn't pushy at all, and not only does he go out of his way to ensure that he can give you the best deal possible, but he does a great job in following up periodically. Not necessarily to try and sell you another car, but to make sure everything is going well. I could buy a new car from anywhere, but when I make the decision to change my car, Adan at O'Brien is the first call I make.

I came in for service on my 2011 Sonata Hybrid and left with a new 2015 Sonata Limited. Although I really wasn't looking for a new car, Adan & Rick made it such an easy process that I couldn't help but do it. They were both attentive, knowledgable and made me feel totally at ease. No hard sell, no back and forth. Just honest to goodness salesmanship. If you are considering a new car, look these two up. Oh, and the car's not bad either.

My salesman, Dave, that assisted me in the purchase of my 2015 Hyundai Sonata was absolutely wonderful, and very knowledgeable in the automobiles. He pulled the word stress out of a stressful type of situation. Any buyer that goes to this Hyundai dealership and has Dave as their sales rep will be quite fortunate - he goes to bat for the buyer and works diligently on the financing.

I came in wanted to look at pre-owned vehicles and drove out in at 2014 Mit. Mirage. Matt S. greeted me on the lot and he was fantastic. While I would have still like to have seen what was available in pre-owned, there is security in owning new. I say this because of bells and whistles that would have been the trade off in getting a pre-owned. My new car was purchased for price and fuel economy vs. perhaps something a little more elegant. At any rate, it was a good experience and I would recommend Matt for sure.

I had a pretty good experience at the dealership. We were able to negotiate a deal that benefited both us and them. I just wish they came to the table a little more willing in the beginning, because I went 2 times to get the deal I kinda wanted. Negotiations lasted almost 8 hours.

This is the third car I have bought from your dealership. We were impressed with our Sonata's and decided on a Genesis. Mark did an excellent job answering all of our questions and took as much time as we needed. Also, Mr D. did an excellent job showing us how to use all the amenities. Importantly these gentlemen never rushed us and made us feel like we were the only customers in the building.

It pays to keep an open mind when shopping for a new car. 3 years ago I went our shopping for a car for my first child when she was getting ready to get her license. Started shopping expecting to get one car and instead we ended with a Mazda 3. My second child learned on the Mazda and for a few weeks after getting her license had to share the car with her older sister before the older went off to college. Now older sister is coming home from college and we decided to get another car to keep the peace during the summer with the knowledge the Mazda would go back to college in the fall. Child 2 wanted another Mazda 3, she saw no reason to shop elsewhere. Frankly neither did I, but I felt it a good opportunity to teach the importance of making good choices. We tested the new re-design Nissan Sentra, the Hyundai Elantra and a new Mazda 3. While I would agree we would have been OK with a purchase of another Mazda, the Elantra absolutely impressed us with how well it drove, the features that were available and the friendliness and thoroughness of our salesman, Chris S. Chris was thorough during the test drive, of which I was the driver. We made our deal the following day and knowing my daughter was going to be the primary driver spent well over an hour reviewing the entire car, even programmed her phone to operate handsfree. The entire review ended well after closing time, and then he reminded her of his hours, if there was any area she was unsure she could come back for a refresher at any time, I actually believe he sincerely meant it.

The sales person Rick P. was the person that approach us. We just bought in our 2010 to be service. We are from Connecticut. He showed us the Elantra 2013 and we fell in love with it. This is our second purchase from O'Brien. Both have been very smooth. Jimmy S. was our salesman both time and he is energetic, knows the product lines very well and is hard working. Both of our transactions have been as easy as any purchase I have ever made. I walked in with a number for the cars I wanted and for my trades and I got or beat the number in my head. I tried another dealer (also Hyundai) without getting anywhere near the numbers I got at O'Brien. Alain from service is also a fantastic person to deal with.
