Horrible Customer Service

This dealership has the absolute worst customer service. We were told that a Jeep Wrangler we were interested in was in stock, and after pulling our credit we were then told that it was a mistake and not in stock. Our salesperson, Kevin Denson informed us that because the vehicle was not in stock we must order it, so we did. We dealt with Mr. Kevin Denson for 2 months sending multiple emails and calling for the status of our vehicle and he would NEVER follow-through. We even drove the 2 hours to speak to a manager, and still never got a response. After multiple attempts we decided to go with another dealership. I would beware of Galeana Jeep pulling your credit report without truly having a vehicle in place. Do not waste your time in this dealership. Go elsewhere!

Thanks to the Galeana TEAM for their dedication and integrity while selling me my new Dodge Ram 2016 truck. They all went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Must people dread visiting a car dealership including myself, however, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and dealing with the Galeana TEAM.

We went to Galeana Jeep after receiving a mailer with some specials they were having. We were met by salesman David Gonzalez. I can highly recommend Mr. Gonzalez. He was at all times professional and very low key. There was no pressure and he answered all questions and concerns. Mr. Gonzalez and others at Galeana worked hard to get us the best price and make sure we were able to get the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford. After the deal was done, Mr. Gonzalez sat in the back of the Jeep while my wife and I were in the front and explained in detail how everything worked and helped us get our UConnect system going and download our phone book from our cell. He answered all questions and it was clear he knew the product very well.

2015 Dodge Journey Limited

We wanted to buy a "NEW" Dodge Journey Limited, but NO 2014's were available with what my wife wanted in the State of Florida. Our Salesman, Gene R, through the HELP Of Sales Manager Larry S. was able to ORDER a 2015 Journey Limited for us on July 4, 2014. Originally Larry thought since it was a 2015 that we wouldn't get it till sometime in September. WELL did we get a GREAT surprise when we received a call from Gene that my wife's new car was available to pick up on Aug,22nd!! It is just BEAUTIFUL!! Tri-Coat White with a White Pearl and Black interior....JUST STUNNING!! The Dealership was GREAT and I recommend to ALL!! We were told that they thought this was the FIRST 2015 Journey in Lee County too!

trade in for a new lease

My name is Daryl Simms. My wife and I are new to Fort Myers. We decided to "lease" a new car and we found our desired vehicle at this dealership. At the end, with our trade in, the math came out that the dealership owed us over $17,000. We asked for the check and we were told "there is no one here at this time to write checks...we can mail it out tomorrow or you can stop by to pick it up. I called the next day to let them know I'd be by and I was told a NEW STORY....something about the title. I told them I signed off on the paperwork and that the title is theirs to acquire. I'm told they sent "pay-off" so when I called the lienholder, they tell me it takes time to process. The lienholder also told me they have NEVER heard of such an excuse and that there is no excuse for them to not pay us. It is now a week later and NO MONEY! Oh, and they also have MY CAR on their website as "FOR SALE"! This dealership is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!! [non-permissible content removed] Not good for their word....not at all!

The Jeep Cherokee we wanted was hard to find at this time. The 4500 lb tow package is in short supply. The sales staff was persistent in finding the vehicle and we are pleased.

No High Pressure - Congenial Sales Team

I always dread car shopping so my days of perusing car lots are few and far between. After "shopping around" online, and receiving quick responses from the team at Galeana Kia, we decided to pay a visit. We anticipated being stalked by a vulture-like salesman who would cling to us to the end. We were pleasantly surprised to meet with David M. who was friendly, down to earth, and really no pressure at all. We continued to shop for the next week only to return to Galeana and ask again to test drive before we made a final decision. David M. went out of his way to assist us, and after a lively round of negotiations, we agreed on a price that was acceptable and fair to everyone. We are now the proud owners of a new Kia Sportage, and couldn't be happier with the entire transaction. I would highly recommend all my friends and family to the team at Galeana for their next car purchase. Shop wherever you want, just make sure you BUY there. (And they didn't pay me to say that either!!)

The sales staff here is PHENOMENAL!! They were closed, but saw that we were interested in a particular vehicle. They came out, let me test drive it, and got the paperwork done so I could be out of there in an hour. They delivered everything they said they would, they got me the financing I needed to afford my new 2012 Kia Sorento LX V6, and I couldn't be happier about the way I was treated! Ray Carrion and Antony (Sales Manager) took care of me; I would highly recommend this dealership!

Handled entire 'deal' on phone with Sales Manager. Got there in person to purchase 2011 KIA Sorento EX and everything was in order. No surprises. Bottom line - out the door price - exactly what was agreed on per phone conversation. Professional and honest - what a breath of fresh air!!
