As soon as I arrived at service, I was greeted by Felipe! He looked my car over from back to front top to bottom and told me, “Don’t worry your car will be taken very good care of”! I was there for just an oil change, but it was completed in a very timely matter! Always a pleasure to have the car service d at RICK CASE!

Drove 4.5 hours..car was even better than described...Vlad had it ready..clean and shiny as hell...communication was great..great price as well..definitely worth the drive...if ya need a car new or used..CASE IS THE PLACE!

Francisco Garcia always gives a great service! Besides being very professional and charismatic, he is acknowledgeable and always gives good tips about the car performance. It doesn’t matter where I get my Acura from, I will always bring it to Rick Case for revision.
