i decided to purchase a 2018 Genesis a couple of months ago. I searched all of the local dealerships and selected King based upon all of the positive online reviews. I searched King"s inventory online and found the exact model and color G80 that I was looking for. I visited the deslerdhip. took a test drivesnd fell in love with the vehicle. Shortly thereafter I signed the purcjase agreement......and the rest is history. Carlos. Fergus and Matt were all a pleasure to deal with.

Paul, the sales rep was very professional. He was great at helping me identify my needs and made me feel comfortable with the purchase decision. He took the time to go over every feature before buying the vehicle and again after to make sure I didn't have any questions. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime, however this was hands down the best experience ever.

The staff were extremely professional they provided all the information we needed to make the best choice for our family The salesman was Nathan Bird, he walked us through the whole process very smooth and was extremely patient. The financial person knew his job well and was able to clear any question we had. They stayed late to finalize everything so we don't have to make the trip again the next day even thought it was late in the day. The contract was very clear and they helped us to take care of everything the same day. We traded in the old car, got the license transfer, got the financial report and got the loan approved. Would not asked for a better service.

They are always friendly, everyone speaks to you in passing, the deal was accurate and not a long process. Sig Buster and Ralph is the best sales person and sold me my last 2 Sonatas and I wouldn't change dealerships for the world.

We have leased multiple cars from Hyundai but will not return to this dealership. The finance department and management are inept and unprofessional. Payments aren't forwarded to Hyundai Motor Finance for up to two months on a new lease; The same applies to lease returns. Only promises to contact legal counsel as well as other regulatory agencies gets any results and this is after six to seven weeks of messages left with both departments. "Misplaced" payments,and "misplaced "paperwork is not what you expect when you lease a car and in our case, multiple cars. This dealership is not to be trusted.

Excellent first time car buying experience

I bought my first car from King, and I'm happy I did. I found the car I wanted, went to the dealer and talked about a monthly payment I could afford, and they made it happen. The sales rep was so patient with me and even drove up to Orlando to get papers signed for me. I've had the car for over a year now, and I'm happy I chose this dealership. There was no bait and switch, or trickery. I was able to buy the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.

This was my first car buying experience and It was a lot better than I expected. My sales associate David Fry at the king hyundai location was exceptionally helpful in the whole process of buying a new car. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone seeking a new vehicle.

This is my second attempt to submit a review. Obviously I did something wrong the first time. While visiting family in Florida the day after Thanksgiving we came to your dealership. It was the third one we had visited and we had almost called it quits after less than stellar interactions with sales at other dealerships. My husband and I made a decision to buy a car for our granddaughter who graduates from high school in June. We did not purchase a car the day we visited. However when we come back in late spring we will definitely visit your dealership because of David Fry. This is a well spoken well mannered young man that we felt was honest to his core. He was knowledgeable of the services you provide at the dealership as well as the different cars. Specifically, he listen to our needs and then tried to match that with a car. And he graciously answered endless number of questions knowing full well we weren't going to purchase for a couple months. He made us feel more important than the potential sale and that is a rarity in car sales. Please share this review with him. Having been in healthcare for over 40 years I am aware that one little note can make a difference to someone. He represented your company well. I have never previously owned a Hyundai but I understand they are a good quality car. We will be back. Thank you

worst dealership ever

forget about getting a reply from the [non-permissible content removed] genral manager. this nightmare dealership harrassed me at my job for weeks after i bought the car. i never gave my work info but i told the salesman where i worked. they stalked me at job thinking they would get other people to come buy a car there. i told them specifically do not buy from king hyundai. no one has. Forget about getting any help from the incompetent management team.I had to contact hyundai corp office to get king hyundai to stop harrassing me at work. i threatened to call the police. hyundai apologized and sent me a gift set. i tell many people weekly don't buy from king hyundai. i work at a popular restaurant down the street

After a very rocky start at King Hyundai, I got very lucky to meet Gino and Wes. I had a lot of problems with my leased car and they both fought hard to help me and make me feel comfortable with my new car and the dealership. So if you go to King find Gino and Wes. Also I talked to Ashley a few times who also was kind and caring, so there are a few great people that work here. Not so sure about the others. Thank you Gino, Thank you Wes.

I would not reccommend this dealership to my worst enemy! A most disreputable bunch who did not honor a firm deal. They used manipulating scheming chicanery on me and there acts are reprehensible. I hope no one else will ever have to experience such deception. They receive ZERO stars.

Bad Bad Experience

The people who work in this dealership need to take a class about customer service and proper paperwork efficiency. I've had CONSTANT issues since driving off the lot after the deal and to make matters worse, they don't seem to care! After weeks of going back and forth with them trying to solve problems created by faulty paperwork, incorrect fees and some attitude along the way, now there's another problem with financing and it's all their fault. No one apologizes, no one seems to care and NO ONE seems to want to solve the problems. I won't get into a long story here, just know that I typically don't write reviews unless something is either REALLY GREAT or REALLY TERRIBLE. I don't recommend this dealership because there's a high likelihood that problems will arise due to a company that makes many many mistakes, even after the deal has been done and just doesn't seem to care about the customers.

This is the most pathetic excuse for a car dealership that I have ever seen! From the manager ,salesman,and the finance manager, have never seen a group of more incompetent people gathered together in 1 place.Take your pick, from lying about transferring tags, to getting the contract paperwork wrong to not sending the payment we payed at the dealership to Hyundai finance so that Hyundai was calling us trying to collect a payment that was deposited and cleared 15 days ago....Do yourselves a favor,if you want to buy or lease a car without severe headaches then I suggest you stay for away from this group of [violative content deleted]!!!
