Great deal on a used Buick Rendezvous, Ron was very patient and helpful. The only part was the long wait till the paperwork was ready to be signed. The volume Biz they do should require a second person to help and reduce the Loooong wait time.

I have never had such service at a dealership. Fred and Greg spent time with me, I never felt rushed or that I was being lied to. The whole time they were honest with me. They treated both my Grandma and me like family. Before Greg let me leave the dealership he sat with me in the car and explained everything to me. I felt like I actually knew my car and how to drive it, instead of fumbling with buttons and things while driving down the road. I know that if I had a question I could call either one of them up and they would help me figure out what was going on. I love my car and I don't plan on getting rid of it for a long time, but when I do, I will be going back to Jim Browne Chevy of Dade City (well that is as long as Greg and/or Fred are still there).

Isabel & I would like to express to your entire staff, that we absolutely LOVE THE NEW BUICK LaCROSSE! As for the purchasing end of things…… The entire experience was VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY COURTEOUS and what can I say, WE WERE WON OVER! We visited many, many dealerships in December, but your dealership was the last one we needed to visit. Our Salesperson, Robert M., (who was the ONLY reason we even gave this Dealership a look in the first place) was honest, and an absolute exceptional person to work with, as was Ron B. when Robby was busy. Our finance person, Samuel G., was the most CALM finance person we’ve ever worked with. Though there were some hick-ups along the road, he worked through them and made the deal work in the end. If it wasn’t for Sam, this deal would not have happened. Thank you, thank you, to both Robby and Sam for what they did to put this “mini” deal together for Isabel and I. As a footnote; being a Disabled Veteran, I’ve got to say, the 3,000 miles we put on the LaCrosse the first 10 days we had her, was the first time since sustaining my injuries, that my body did not hurt while driving great distances. The ride was AWESOME. The gas mileage was exactly as promised!! We truly could not of asked for more. You guys know you’ve got your work cut out for you in 4 years!
