The purchase and after service was an enjoyable experience. The dealership created a pleasant experience over multiple sales representatives and staff personnel. It took my about 2 years to research and make a final decision as to what I wanted to purchase and since I was there multiple times with my Jeep Grand Cherokee for maintenance I became very familiar with this group. It was a very good experience.

Very positive. No pressure but helpful in every way to secure vehicle. I lived an hour and 45 minutes away and they allowed me to show cashiers check to hold for one day till I could get there. Matt was the best. He answered every question and got results fast over the course of week. I would buy from him and Jim Brown again even if it is along way from home.

Criminal experience

I had the general sales manager TJ Lang, a sales manager Larry Parks and sales man Tim Lewis, all three of them insulted me, would not list to me only wanting to personally attack me. Larry Parks got in the truck that I returned because it was not compatible with my ADA conversion, and chased me down the street pulling off the road and onto the grass, swearing at me and personally attacking me. The Dade City police force said it would have been Assault with a deadly weapon if they saw it happen. Once I was driven back to the dealership only Larry Parks apologized and it was 45 minutes later and because the boss told him he had to. It was a simple " I'm sorry" and a handshake. The other two I had to go up and ask them if we were okay. As a whole I would not ever in my wildest dreams ever go back to Jim Browne Chrysler . Everyone is still employed and in their current position, so the next person who comes in can have this experience

Horrible Service Experience

I recently had an unbelievably frustrating experience with Jim Browne in Dade City that I feel compelled to share. On February 2nd, 2024, I brought my caravan in due to noisy steering, a clunking noise when hitting a bump, and a squeal. They decided to replace the rack and pinion, fix some oil leaks, and replace the rear shocks, assuring me that everything was covered under warranty. After keeping the car for over a week, my bill came out to $594. But here's where it goes downhill: the very next day after picking up my car, I noticed the air conditioner wasn't working correctly, the defrost light was blinking, and there was a new clicking noise when turning. I immediately called and was able to take it back on February 20th. They had my car for another three days, and communication was nonexistent. I had to call them to find out my car was ready. Upon picking it up today, not only is the clicking noise still present, but they also had the audacity to charge me an additional $200 for services I never agreed to! They did an oil change and tire rotation that were neither necessary nor due. To add insult to injury, the original steering issue remains unresolved. I'm utterly disappointed with the service and lack of communication from Jim Browne in Dade City. Charging customers for unauthorized work and failing to fix the issue at hand is unacceptable. I expected much better from a reputable service center and feel let down by their negligence and poor customer service.
