Saving the VA Brand from Diesel Scandal

So I was one of the much maligned and sorely disappointed TDI diesel owners that felt in the cold by not understanding what was happening and what VW was going to do and how they would rectify what I believed to be one of the worst corporate screw ups in my lifetime. It was this dealership that stood up to save the brand but most of all to help and to retain their customers. I was so ready to get out of a car that I really loved but whose value and environmental impact had become an embarrassment and betrayal. Bob Boast saved this multiple VW owner and customer.

Very Nice Buying Experience

I was in the market for a new car but was leaning towards another Prius....that is; until I got to Volkswagen! My first positive impression was the dealership itself. It is very light, beautifully appointed, and no cubicles!! I liked the openness of the dealership the minute I stepped in the door. My "Solution Specialist" (as they are called at VW) was Jeff, and he couldn't have been nicer. He was well informed, extremely knowledgeable about the inventory, and gave me the lead...no pressure whatsoever. He showed me what I asked to see; however, he also wanted me to see one of the specials on the floor which really got me interested. We test drove the car together and that's where he started to WOW me....This man knows his VW's! I did purchase the vehicle and from that point on, everyone I met and dealt with to close the deal were exceptionally nice, friendly and professional. The manager, the finance guy and my salesman were top notch!!

Very Pleasant Car-Buying Experience

This is my third vehicle purchase from Bob Boast VW in Bradenton, FL, and, once more, I was very happy with the experience and also thrilled with my new Tiguan. Salesperson was exceptionally personabe and helpful and knowledgeable about the cars;he understood immediately what I was looking for and did not pressure me in any way to move "up" from the Tiguan SE I settled on to the SEL or a Taureg. He was very respectful of my wishes.

At Boast Volkswagen, you are taken care of before you even enter the dealership. A representative sees you and comes out and shakes your hand. This is the second Volkswagen I have bought from them and I am very happy with their service. Not to speak of Volkswagens which are very strong very well protected cars.Plus, once the car was bought, the dealer took another hour of his time to explain everything to my daughter for whom I bought the car.

I'd stopped-in to Bob Boast Volkswagon to see the new award winning 2015 golf. I was immediately greeted by Ricardo Souza one of solutions specialists at the dealership. Ricardo did a wonderful job answering all my questions, making sure I drove each model for a good comparison. I ended up with a new GTI.
