Bad customer service losses cash deal

I had a bad experience with a older sales man, he was very short and spoke to me and my husband like we were supposed to know what we wanted and the price and make of his cars, I guess we didn't look like his typical customer ......little did he know that we had cash to make a deal with the right person.....well he and his high class attitude lost a cash sale.[non-permissible content removed]

We would hope in the future you would consider calling one of our Client Relations Managers prior to visiting so that we could try to better understand your needs.
