Effiecient handling of my concerns when I arrived. Service rep listened to my concerns and dispatched the car. Got me on the shuttle to home. Called later with update about repairs and price. Returned by shuttle to pick up the car. All OK.

Our vehicle broke down after a long trip, an hour and a half from home. Staff were at the dealership when the truck was towed onto the lot at 8 PM, and altho after hours, they helped us find a motel to stay the night, and gave us a loaner car to get to the motel.
