I called on a Thursday afternoon because my engine light came on. I knew it was a long shot but I called anyway to see if they could fit me in. I didn't have any other days off in the next 7 days. I was in a true pickle. I spoke with Matt the Service Advisor, they were swamped. Matt allowed me to bring my car in AND gave me a loaner with the understanding that my car wouldn't be looked at until the next morning,(which was fine with me), I was just glad they could take it. I received a call Friday morning letting me know what the problem was. My repairs were completed before the close of the day. Sheridan Nissan has never disappointed me! I have never felt pressured and I have always been secure in the repairs that were needed. Great Management by Michael Gallasso. Great Service Advisors. Everyone at Sheridan Nissan is Great!!!

The entire team at Sheridan is outstanding! From sales to service, I never receive anything less than the best quality. They care about their clients and it definitely shows. Bob Harrington is the best at listening and providing exactly what I need. Bill and Sharon in the service department made me feel welcomed. My service was explained in detail and I was kept informed throughout the process. If you are not a client at Sheridan then you have not experienced excellence!

Sheridan upholds their commitment to the lifetime oil change while notifying you if needed repairs. They do not hard sell them which is nice.

Status updates provided on service while I waited for my vehicle. Recommendations were made on additional maintenance items but I did not feel pressured. I did choose to obtain the other services which were executed in a timely manner. Coupon was applied to my cost that I was expecting and car wash -both were an added bonus to my experience!

They did great job, but they didn’t double check the alignment when they were doing alignment adjustment. I ended up having slanted left so I came back to have it re-corrected. They fixed it without any difficulty.

trying to get an appointment at sheridan nissan in de is impossible. always a three week wait. my tires take nitrogen and to get them filled i have to pay which i feel is ridiculous. then dont sell tires that take nitrogen. and the service team left all kinds of scuff marks on my car.

Shoppers should know that the service reps are knowledgeable and understanding to your situations. Often throughout the appointment, the service rep checked in to make sure the customer understood the process. Overall this was one of the best experiences that I have had in a service department.
