Worst car buying experience ever

Our salesman, Doug G, did not discuss the available packages nor review with us the particulars of the model we test drove. Had he done that, we probably would have chosen another model. We wanted Sirius XM, and Price sold us an add-on, which was not designed for our vehicle. The service department installed and gave no instruction. On another trip back to the dealership, it took 4 techs more than 4 hours to figure out how to operate Sirius. Another trip took a tech more than 2 Hours to refresh my memory on instructions that were nonexistent. We also wanted a GPS system, which Price told us was available as an add-on for a fee. It was poor. No one at the dealership knew about how the "Honda link" system worked. I tried to work with Doug G to resolve my problems, but he kept putting me off. No one at Price Honda will return phone calls. Had I known what the situation was, I would have bought another model or another make entirely. Having paid more than 30K for a car I expected better. Doug g got his commission, but has been dismissive, rude and arrogant. Will not do business with Price sales, service, or parts. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

Great sales experience..

This was a great buying experience. The saleswoman was very patient and helpful. We changed our mind 3 times on the model and color. Our trade-in value was good, and didn't require any problems. The dealership is clean, modern and easy to locate. I have not gone in for any service yet, but I feel it will go well too.

Doug G. is a great salesman, answered all my questions and was very patient with this widow buying a car on her own. Price Honda went out of their way to help me with my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership.

Smooth transaction

We bought a new CR-V EX-L 2 years ago and the entire transaction was easier than any other dealer I've bought a vehicle from. We went on a Sunday and 2 hours after a test drive, we drove the car home. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is that the finance guy was a real pain when it came to declining their option products. He would hardly take "no" for a answer with the extended warranties, life insurance, etc.

and they have dispelled all the negative feelings I have experienced over the years with other car dealers. When I walk in there, they all treat me like a friend, not just a customer. I had to buy a car under a stressful situation and Glenn was helpful and informative and never pushy. I always felt that they were offering me a good fair price. I am so pleased that I bought a second car and never looked anywhere else or price shopped. It seems that the sale is not the prime objective of the staff, it is the service and customer satisfaction that drives Price Honda! If you are looking for a Honda...go to Price....and look for Glenn....he is a good guy! If you buy a Honda be prepared to meet the outstanding PRICE Honda TEAM who constantly amaze me in their willingness to go the extra mile to insure that you are satisfied. Everyone, including the service department wants to help you and not charge you for anything you do not need or want. So if the wheeling dealing and hot shot car salesman in the flashy ads is what you want....you will not get it at Price, but if you want superior service, honest deals and straightforward talk...please see my friends at PRICE HONDA. You will be pleased....I love my CRV!!!!!! Thank you PRICE HONDA!!

Sales rep Glenn and sales manager Jamey went above and beyond! If you chose Honda you should deffenatly go to Price Honda! Very nice and accommodating people made this experience a breeze.

I bought a new civic from them two years ago. Brad Hall was the awesome salesperson, he was upfront with me about everything, the good and the bad. After purchasing the car throughout the time after he called every month just to see how the car was doing and how my family was. I recently was at the dealership getting my car serviced. Brad saw me and asked how i was doing. He told me he was going to call me later in the week, i figured just to do a check up so i paid it no mind. An hour after i got home that day Brad called. Told me he looked at some numbers and he could get me in a brand new car for a lower monthly payment and a lower intrest rate. Now in all my life i have never known any business to give you more and not recieve anything in return like Price Honda did. Ofcourse i said sure why not. I went back to the dealership, and within an hour, yes i said an hour, I was riding out of there in my brand new car. If anyone asks me where to get a car i send them to price honda. and as long as i'm buying a honda i'll be dealing with Brad Hall and the awesome people at Price Honda.

Many people have told me that they have purchased from other Honda dealerships and gotten a better price. I have purchased several vehicles from Price Honda and have been treated exceptionally well in every department, from sales, parts, accessories, parts, and maintenance. It's why I continuously purchase from them. Brad Hall has been my salesman since 2005 and I have purchased 4 vehicles from him (see response to jdscott15) and he has always gone out of his way to make sure the process is smooth and problem free.

This was the worst experience we have ever had with any dealership. After speaking with them most of the day, we made the 2 hour drive from our home with the promise that we could drive our new car home from their dealership. Upon arriving, they began paperwork. An hour later they changed their policy and said said no they were not able to let us take the vehicle that day, it would have to be in a few days. We drove 2 hours with our small children and wasted time and money and they did not even have the decently to treat us well. We were so appalled by their actions and their demeanor. I hope that no one wastes their time here and has to have such a horrible experience. We dealt with both Brad and Walt.

Back in 2002, I researched dealers in DE, MD, PA & NJ.. and found Price Honda to be the best! Best Service, Best Price.. When i moved away, I wished I could have taken them with me! They were an hour south of where I lived, but wow.. above & beyond service! I dealt through their internet department, my sales guy Charles Crippen III was exceptional. He was great with responding and making sure he could do whatever he could to make me happy. I received my vehicle before some of my accesories were available, when they were in he drove to my house with a vehicle I could use while my accessories were added. There were other dealers close to where I lived that not only were the highest in price but also extremely rude. I loved how one dealer with thee highest price, lowered his price still above the next highest.. he never came down. If you are looking for a Honda and live in DE, MD, NJ or PA.. Price Honda is worth the drive.. and hopefully Charles Crippen is still there to work with.. he is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with!
