Best used car purchase ever

I recently purchased a pre-owned SAAB from Capitol and found the experience both positive a fair. The honesty and professionalism of sales staff was refreshing. From the initial test drive to the final paperwork I felt that Capitol valued my business. Craig L. (Sales Manager) and Mark F. (Business Manager) worked together to get me a very good loan rate and made the entire process seamless. My past experiences with car dealerships left me hoping for better and I am happy to say that Capitol answered the call. I would highly recommend Capitol to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

We purchased our second vehicle from Capitol earlier this year. We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee about 5 years ago, and a Town and Country Van a few months ago. The sales staff is always friendly, helpful and upfront. We had been to the dealership about 8 months prior looking at vans, but found that the loss on trading in our leased vehicle was a little more than we could swallow. Despite not purchasing a vehicle the staff extremely helpful and curious. Some months later we started looking again and found the van we eventually ended up purchasing online. We called to inquire and ended up looking at the vehicle that night. In comparison to 3 other dealers we had gone to first, only because they are much closer to home, we found the van to be priced very well, the offer on the trade more than fair, and none of the games we had encountered at other dealers. Overall the process was straight forward and easy, and the staff was very accommodating. My only issue was that the finance manager tried to tack on a $1500 gap insurance policy. The cost of the policy works out to be only slightly more than what I was paying through my insurance carrier, however I will no longer need it the next time I renew my policy and can drop it, so in the end it would have cost substantially more. I suppose this just goes to show that you should READ EVERYTHING and not just sign on the dotted line. Overall it was an excellent experience. I am considering buying a Seabring in the spring and will look to Capitol first!
