What a surprise.

I purchased my 2014 Jetta Sportwagen about 3 months ago with a CPO warranty. Water leaked in the first rain I drove thru 3 days later and I have been fighting Jeff Ward and Damien Fourner to honor the warranty ever since. Valenti decided not to honor the warranty. My VW Sportwagen now has electrical problems too. I am still hoping someone from Valenti will comment or respond. Thanks Mike

TDI Buyback Rip Off

I own a TDI and recently received my Buyback confirmation. I stopped by Valenti to kick the tires on the new Golf Alltrack, and negotiate a price. I was informed by the salesperson the MSRP sticker price was not negotiable. Okay, so VW deceives over a half million customers, then tells them we will not negotiate a price for a "Order" car. This is clearly the dealer attempting to take advantage of buyback customers. I have owned three VW's in my lifetime. There will be no more VW's in my lifetime. I would say this to anyone thinking of purchasing a VW. Look at resale values of VW cars before you purchase, and be prepared to lose a lot of money. Gap insurance. Ask the dealer if they will cover the cost of gap insurance you will need to cover the cost of purchasing a new car should you get into an accident. Purchase a car at MSRP and you better purchase gap insurance. If this is how they treat customers before a sale...how do they treat customers after the sale....we now know the answer to that question.

Easy and smooth

I bought my first car there and it was easy and smooth. I did not even leave my house. I sent out requests via edmunds.com, got calls the next day and Valenti gave me the best offer. I paid for a deposit within a few hours. The staff there was very friendly.

I just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with my experience at Valenti Volkswagen . This is my third car from Valenti's so I'm obviously very happy with their service . The staff is professional and went out of their way to make sure I left with the car I wanted ,at the price I wanted . I also want to acknowledge the salesman who helped me ,Michael Whitehouse .Mr Whitehouse has gone above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and satisified customer . I would highly recommened this dealership .
