Ordered my 2024 maverick xlt in Jan and to my surprise arrived at dealer end of April! June Mariani was helpful in the ordering process. Atlas blue was much nicer in person. 1st time dealing with Shaker's ford and all went smoothly. Shout out to Sal . Thanks again June for contacting me on your day off to let me know my truck arrived.

June is a Great sales person. Not only did she make sure the car we went in to see was what we needed but she took the time to take us on a nice test drive and then when we said "yes" to the Jeep she was able to have it prepped and ready for us the same day. I was not expecting to come home with a new Jeep but it's sitting pretty in my driveway. Thank you June!

Cassie and Sal were awesome! They took there time and were ok with me test driving each vehicle 2-3 times. I am not an easy customer and they were so friendly, respectful, and accommodating. All staff in dealership were nice and knowledgable. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Perfect experience at the dealership. Cathy Reed took very good care of me from start to finish. It had been a very long time since I had made a new truck purchase ( coming from a 98 k2500 6.5 diesel) and the recently released Ford Maverick had cought my eye a while back ( the affordability had a little bit to do with it also 😉). My wife and I sat down with Cathy and she walked us through the process and explained everything. I know some people have a hard time dealing with salespeople, but I want to stress that I in no way felt pressured into anything. It was actually a relief to have someone who dealt with me in a professional and polite manner. She made the experience enjoyable. I even found the financial side of the equation perfectly acceptable and easy to deal with ( thank you Kevin for taking the time to help me) . I would definitely deal with this dealership ( and it's associate's) again if and when the time comes again in the future.

They spent so much time with me and did everything they could to make sure that I was happy with my new truck purchase, payments, and trade-in. BEST car buying experience EVER! Been in the market for a new vehicle for some time, never finding what I want in a car or a dealership/sales person. I was referred to Shaker Family Ford, through a family member, and was sent a video within 30 minutes by Egan. Egan was amazing to deal with! He is a super friendly guy and, most importantly, a great listener, taking all the stress out of buying a new car. I drove out with my new car 2 days later, but not before Egan made sure I was very comfortable with all the features of my new car, saving me hours of looking it up myself! If you’re looking for a stress free car buying experience, call Egan!!!
