Everyone from Sales to Service Dept. (Even CoCoa) were friendly, professional and honest. Had a small issue, no problem, it was covered under warranty, they even offered a loaner car to me. 110%satisfied with them.

I purchased a 2013 BMW from this dealership. Honestly expected it to be sketchy due to the fact that this isn't an official BMW dealership, but the process was very easy and seamless. There were no hidden fees, everything needed was presented to me before I signed any paperwork. The sales people were easy to work with and were flexible with my tight schedule. Overall, a great experience. There was an issue with the vehicles rotors and after i purchased the vehicle they handled the repair with no problems. Great job boys

I bought a blue 2007 Ram off them with the help of Gomez for a great price. From my first phone call to the signing of the papers, all they had was my satisfaction in mind. They offered me to let my own mechanic take a look at the car which not many dealers do. The service was great, they fixed all my issues and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Great, family run business that I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I just recently purchased a 2011 Suzuki Equator pick up with all the things I like in a truck. Gomez was my salesman and Douglas was the mechanic that worked on the truck. They let me take it to my own mechanic in Massachusetts and Gomez told me to have my mechanic write down anything that was wrong. My mechanic found that the rear brakes and 2 seals needed replacing. One of the seals actually could have been left alone as it had previous leakage but was no longer leaking. Douglas said he would replace any of those items that truly needed replacing. He checked out the vehicle and did replace every piece that my mechanic suggested even the seal that could have been left alone. I went to pick up the vehicle but something had been left on and drained the battery so with a quick jump I was on my way hoping the battery would recharge on the 25 minute ride home. The battery however would not recharge so I brought it back, Douglas checked it out and replaced the battery with a brand new one. I went to pick up the vehicle again and brought it rite to my mechanic, everything looked good except one of the seals replaced was leaking. I called the salesman and mechanic, and because it was not a good idea to drive the vehicle back to the dealer as it might ruin the rear end they sent a tow truck and brought it back to the dealer at no charge. Douglas got a part directly from Nissan, replaced it and before the end of the next day I picked up my truck. He said if there was a problem this time that he would replace it again along with part of the housing in order to ensure a proper fit. I brought it back to my mechanic, got his approval and drove away happy. All in all I got a truck I really like and with some brand new parts at no extra charge to me. They even had it inspected in Massachusetts for me as they are in Putnam Connecticut, at no charge. I am happy with my purchase and the service. John

Great Service and aftercare

We bought a 2011 Ford Escape from United Auto Group and we had a great experience. We test a few cars and walked away for a week or two whilst we looked at other dealerships. We returned to UAG as we had such a great vibe from the staff. We bought the Ford Escape and these guys took care of all the paperwork and it was such a positive experience. The car was fully cleaned and ready for pickup as expected and we could drive it away - we picked it up a few days later a busy lifestyle. UAG communicated with us very effectively throughout the process and we were very happy with the purchase. We had to have the car taken to Ford to remove a restriction in place but we were informed upfront about this before buying the car and UAG arranged for it all to be done at our convenience. Car had a minor problem with an exhaust bracket had sheared, not unexpected for its age and the salt grit conditions encountered during winter periods. My wife took it to the dealership and they took care of it no questions asked and asked if any other concerns and they were especially helpful. Our experience of UAG has been incredibly positive and we cannot fault them. Keep up the great work!

The company is associated with Edmonds in Putnam, United Auto Group, could be in would be a phenomenal company if they didn't charge so much for their auction vehicles. Drive by everyday looking at their lot and I would finance a vehicle but they charge way too much for they have on their lot so I'm one of the ones I go somewhere else

We purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan. Very good looking truck. There were a couple of issues and they were corrected immediately. It had low mileage and everything works. Very unusual for an older truck. We also purchased a BMW 335I from them and had the same experience. All GOOD. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

They listed on carguru a 2005 Nissan truck and said it had a clean record as well as they stated that on the phone. They lied about how many owners and also that it was in two accidents and was originally a rental car. I then found the vehicle on Carfax and it had the full complete real history not their " altered" history. I would never purchase, recommend or trust this auto dealership. But then again this is typical behavior you can expect this kind of deceitful behavior out of Putnam, CT.

I had been looking for a small to midsize pickup truck for quite some time. I visited Untied Auto Group in Putnam and saw a few vehicles that met my requirements. The prices were very reasonable, especially compared to a used car from a major dealership. I found a Chevy Colorado in great shape with about 100k miles and the price was under 10K. Working with the sales rep. they gave me several hundred dollars off the sale price. I have had the truck for a few months now and it is great. It was such an easy sales experience and they actually resisted the vehicle and put on the plates for me right at the dealership (no Registry trips for me). Carlos and Hugo were great to work with and I couldn't be happier the overall experience of buying a used vehicle.. I would and will buy my next car from United Auto Group. Although I have not needed any service yet, I was also very impressed by their Service area and the mechanics were very friendly and helpful. For once, buying a used car (or any car for that matter) was a simple, posit experience. Because my used car purchase was such a great experience, I figured I would take the time to write a review. I did not know anyone affiliated with Untied Auto Group until I purchase my Chevy Colorado. I LOVE IT..
