Tire and Wheel Protection

Purchased a CPO 2019 BMW 540 at this dealership. I enjoyed the car a lot but their tire and wheel protection is a complete SCAM. They told me the protection can be canceled anytime for a refund but they didn't tell me the process took 10+ weeks and counting...Requested a cancellation in July and still waiting for the check. I don't expect to receive my money back anytime soon, if ever. But I do want to help fellow buyers avoid stepping into the [non-permissible content removed] show. Despite my refund issue, I wouldn't advise you to purchase such protections. In the current high interest rate environment, a better practice would be to set aside the money intended for insurance and use it for vehicle repairment as needed. The unused funds can earn interest for you. Remember - what you are purchasing is an obligation to use some service in the future. Just my $0.02 on the product...

Meticulous 30,000 mile service performed with no problems. A comment that future tire replacement would be recommended in 6 months was verbally advised. Love driving this BMW 535Xi

Service Work

As usual, the Service Advisor and the Service Department of BMW of North Haven performed excellently. The car was returned washed and vacuumed, with all requested service completed. I felt that all personnel that I had contact with, were concerned with my satisfaction and respectful of my car. Thank You.

The only place I service my cars

I have been servicing my cars at BMW of North Haven since 2012. I was always satisfied with the service and have never had any issues with their work. The place is very professional and at the same time very friendly. You have an opportunity to call for a specific mechanic for your service if you are interested to know who worked on your car and if you have any technical questions you will always get a comprehensive answer from real people who work on BMW cars full time and know the product from inside out. The service is performed in timely manner. The team at BMW of North Haven are dedicated to do diligent work and customers are grateful for that. I would recommend this place by all my hard.

Great experience

From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. No pressure, quick and easy negotiations, and everyone was very courteous and helpful. When I came back 6 weeks later to pick up my ordered vehicle, it was just the same. BMW Genius and finance manager were great to deal with and explained everything. I never felt rushed but they didn't waste my time either. I'll be back to purchase another vehicle.

Have owned 6 consecutive BMWs since 1970. Have used this Svc Dept for two+ years. All employees are 5*! All work excellent! All issues handled w/ honesty and clarity and directness. This group makes things right! I couldn't be more pleased!

immediate attention

I needed brake fluid and also a new sensor light for my brakes. When I brought my car in my icon on the dash board helped me to determine part of the problem. I had great service and immediate attention . But after taking care of the problems because of testing I ended up paying $429.00. I understand things are expensive but that is a lot of money for me, when I knew what I needed.

I have been doing business with BMW of North Haven for some years now. Before my personal experience, my parents have done business there as well, more specifically with Basel Saad. Basel has always exhibited a level of customer service as well as professionalism that is second to none! He has a real gift in making his customers feel comfortable and part of the BMW family! Basel is the epitome of client advisors for sure! My recent experience being in December was flawless as always! I have and will continue to do business with Basel as well as referring my friends and family to him always!

Great Service To A Visitor

Visiting a friend with my new CPO 328i 200 miles from home, I needed windshield wipers replaced.Local BMW dealer checked the service record and found the warranty coverage applied. No sweat, no strain. Felt very welcome, and on the way home .... no streaks or squeals!

BMW of North Haven always provides the best customer service in all aspects, weather you are getting your BMW serviced or purchasing a new vehicle. The sales and service department are hands down the best to deal with! I wouldn't even think to go anywhere else!

We purchased our BM out of state (never do it!) and had visited the dealership purposely to be familiarized by the dealers BMW- Genius as the cars electronic features are completely foreign to my wife and me. While at the dealership, we were informed that the car needed several updates, which they would like the opportunity to address (at no charge-warranty) and any other issues I thought needed looking into. That the subject was so politely raised (may we have the opportunity?) instinctively impressed me mindful that this is a car dealership and our car, regrettably, was not even bought there. And theres more; but it would take more than what the space allow for me to recount the wonderful treatment I and my wife received from their staff beginning with Ms. Ashley Roudie the Service Advisor ; Todd who test drove the car with me and Craig who introduced me to both with such a gracious welcome I said this couldnt be a car dealership (!) and Taylor the Genius. And the guys who drove me home the first time I left the car, whose names I have unfortunately forgotten. Lastly I have to praise Mr. Mike Mauro, the president of the company for running a very able ship for he certainly gives luster to the brand of the cars his company sells. We are very impressed.

Very knowledgeable BMW i3 service!

Have owned/driven my BMW i3 for 25 months, and have used 4 dealerships in my travels. They all are ok to good, but BMW of North Haven definitely has the most skillful i3 mechanic(s). This is my 6th BMW since 1970; this car and this dealer are by far the best. (Service writers and parts staff are excellent here, too.)
