Worst experience of my life!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE WITH BRUSTOLON ! Read the reviews they have an “F “ rating with the Better Business Bureau It has been the worst experience of my life. Brendan Casey and Dan Casey are brothers who own and run this dealership.Their Grandparents are the Brustolon name that they hide behind for selling bad vehicles. They do not care about customer service or standing behind their cars that they sell or the service they provide. It has been a long 6 months since I purchased a car that was not inspected by them before selling and has been deemed unsafe to drive by 2 independent mechanics. After 3 attempts by Dan Casey to “try to fix” issues that their service dept. does not even have the tools to fix. They have washed their hands of the situation. I have made over 118 phone calls to the dealer to resolve issues, No phone calls are returned by Brendan Casey or Dan Casey in fact the Vm is full and is always full. Emails are not returned either. After leaving my car with them I was told they would not fix it and to take it tor they would have it towed. If you want to be laughed at and treated like crap this is the place to buy from! From my experiences they are dishonest, untrustworthy sleazy stereotypical [non-permissible content removed]. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

Available when I needed them

I had called the same day I had a problem and they were able to fit me in on the same afternoon. They found my problem, a nail in my tire and fixed it. They also did a last minute oil change when I asked on the spot, not realizing I was overdue for.

Vehicle Purchase

I was very pleased with my purchase experience at Brustolon Buick GMC. I told them exactly what I was looking for, and they provided me with my options. They didn't try to push me into purchasing more than what I could afford. They took care of getting the additional accessories for my vehicle promptly. They got me an excellent rate on the financing. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from them, and I have been very pleased with the purchasing experience each time. They are very knowledgable and low pressure. Their service department is excellent and very accomodating. I plan on going back the next time I need to purchase a vehicle.

2010 Vibe

My used Vibe needed a couple of things fixed after I purchased it, The salemans Chris, promised they would take care of everything and they DID !! I am very happy with the service as well as the dealership. They get 5 stars from me !

2010 Vibe

I saw this car listed on the internet. Went to look at and drive it. The salesman Chris was great, real nice guy- not pushy-just friendly ! I wanted to trade in my 2008 Rav4 and he worked to get a fair deal for all parties involved. I grew up in Mystic and I'm glad I chose Brustolon's. They are an all round great dealership. They stick to their word and follow through with any needs. I'm sure I will be happy for many yrs with my Vibe and Brustolon's.

My name is Wayne. Over the years I have purchased 10+ vehicles from Brustolon, Mystic ,Ct. All of my dealings with Brustolon have been a very pleasurable experience, straightforward honest dealing. I have always been happy with the vehicles I purchased and with the deals that I made. The service is outstanding after the purchase. I recently picked up a 2014 GMC truck that I had ordered from Brustolon. Cindy C. took a personal interest in making sure that truck was being built and shipped, she kept me updated all the way. Once it was delivered to Brustolon, they made it possible for me to take the truck home the same day. They treated me like family ,as they do to all customers , which is a wonderful way to do business .I highly recommend Brustolon for they purchase of your next vehicle. Tell them Wayne sent you, that is how great I feel about them. Oh by the way the 2014 GMC is a great truck too.

Best Dealership in Connecticut or Rhode Island!

We purchased a pre-owned car from Brustolon Buick GMC. Overall a very positive sales experience from a team that does everything possible to make sure a customer leaves satisfied with the experience. Short story is that if you want to work with a responsive, low pressure, straight forward, customer-focused group of people, this is the place to visit. Here are the details. We saw a car online that was of interest to us. Because we live out of town decided to contact the dealership to learn more. The internet sales manager, Cynthia C., was extremely helpful. He was professional and polite and responded to our inquiry promptly, and gave us very honest answers to our questions. When I called him on the phone to ask if the car looked as new as it did in the photos, he took the time to walk out look it over and come back with an assessment of it. Other dealers I spoke with simply gave me some line about the high standards of their pre-owned inventory. When we drove to Mystic to see the car Cynthia met us, and all that we were told about the quality of the car was true. Because we had interest in the car he introduced us to one of their sales people, Jaimie. His sales style was low pressure, credible and honest. We test drove the car and went home to think about it and compare it to others we were considering. During the week a few questions came up about the car. Jaimie understood that my work week was busy and although he had my mobile phone number responded to my questions by e-mail (as requested). He was extremely responsive and here to help. No pressure, no hassle, just out to see if he can help a person find a car that works for them. The negotiation process was done mostly by e-mail and was basically painless. Unlike other dealerships we had contacted, there was no desire to play games or use hardball negotiation tactics. When it came time to close the transaction he made sure that all of details of the transaction were addressed including a very minor cosmetic repair were done to our satisfaction.
