I work as a car salesman at a different dealership in MA. Unfortunately we do not have a cadillac franchise. I decided to drive down to Valenti Cadillac to check out some vehicles. My wife and I were walking the lot when Joe came out to greet us. He was super nice and not pushy at all. Told him that I was looking for a sedan and the most important aspect was monthly payment. I did not want to test drive anything until I knew if I could afford it. Joe had no problem doing this. Once inside everyone was very polite and offered us beverages and a seat in their nice lounge. Fast forward a bit and I ended up leasing a 2016 Cadillac CTS. The whole process was very smooth from Joe the salesman to Steve the business manager. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Cadillac.

I've been in a Cadillac for 6 years and I totaled it! So, with very little time to find a new car, I hit the dealerships in my area, with Valenti Cadillac being my last stop. I met Joe Parisi, gave him my sob story, wish list and budget. And he said - "I think we have just the car you want right there." And they did! A dream XTS at a great price. 15 minutes later I was approved and scheduling the pick-up. Joe made it so smooth, easy and fast. I am beyond happy with the service I received (Joe even picked me up when I had to drop off the rental car I'd been in) and the car I hope to drive for many years. Thank you Joe and Valenti Cadillac,

They made a deal in writing, said that they would schedule delivery within two days. We completed the approval process and the deal was "done". When I called to see delivery date, they refused to return any calls email text. Finally after repeated calls, the answered a call at the dealership, raised the cost by over two thousand dollars - and said Sorry we can't honor the deal we made in writing.

This was by far the best car dealership experience I have ever had. the salesman were friendly and the Sales Manager was very easy to deal with and a great all around person. the entire deal went smooth without a single annoyance like at most car dealerships. everyone was professional, the dealership itself had a nice and relaxing atmosphere that made car buying easy. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I left with a Cadillac SRX the following day and couldn't be happier

I started looking for a Cadillac about a year ago. When I finally had enough money saved for a down payment, I started to look for a good deal. I worked with three dealers all at the same time. Only Robert C from Valenti Cadillac was willing to not only find me the car that I wanted with only the options I wanted but he also gave me the most fair deal of all three dealers! Even though he was the furthest away, it was worth the drive! We worked together through text and email all before I made the trip to finish the deal and pick up my car. I just love my car and I'm so pleased that I feel like I got a very fair price. Not only was Robert a pleasure to work with, he took a personal interest in a recent incident my husband had which delayed picking the car up by a couple of days. I recently purchased a 2011 used Chevy Camaro form Valenti Cadillac.My salesman was DJ H who handled the transaction with a professional maner, The price negoation was simple and hassle free and we quickly arrived at a price and closed the deal. When I picked up the car it was flawless and looked like a brand new car! DJ explained all the functions on the car and set up my trial subscriptions for On Star and XM radio.Follow up contact was made to ensure I was happy with my purchase, which I very much am! I would recomend this dealership to any one looking for a new a used car.

I wondered if it would be worth the trip from western Massachusetts to look at a Cadillac purchase at Valenti in Hartford, CT. Then I met Robert C, who took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and delivered exactly by taking the time to look through their inventory and get me a list of cars that met my specific requirements. I ended up with a 2014 ATS, and I couldn't be happier. Not only did I get what I asked for, it was on target for budget, specifications and so much more. I called Bill D on a Friday, met him the next day, and felt so comfortable with him, Valenti, the vehicle and the price that I purchased my XTS that day and picked it up Monday. Three days of incredibly responsive and knowledgeable service. And the most efficient and well explained document signing session that I have experienced! I am totally confident that I will be happy with my XTS and with Valenti for years to come. Well done Valenti team!!!

I went to Valenti not really thinking I could afford a Cadillac. The sales manager put in extra effort to find me the vehicle I wanted and could afford. Great experience and great people... and I now drive a really GREAT Cadillac SRX! Gary, the sales mgr, "thank you"! And Bill D, my salesman, you were awesome and thanks for the Cadillac water bottle he personally ordered and sent to me!

While like some on here I knew more about the car than the salesman, that isn't too hard to believe these days. I purchased a used 2008 Buick Lacrosse Super from Valenti. I was able to make an appointment for a test drive over the phone, and the car was ready for me when I got there. After deciding to make the purchase, everyone involved was fair, honest, and helpful. There was no negotiating, since the car was listed under KBB value, and they had addressed several possible issues pre-emptively to the car that I would have been concerned about (new tires, new rotors and brakes). They worked with my Credit Union and assisted me with paperwork so I could have the car shipped. No complaints!
