Without any hesitation I highly recommend Greenwich Cadillac!!!

This was my second purchase at Greenwich Cadillac and I was even more impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff. Ron and Chris showed excellence in their knowledge of their products and made me feel as if I was working with true friends. Their willingness to accommodate my need to gain a comfortable level of picking the right vehicle for my needs was spot on. I have come to the conclusion that I would be hard pressed to find a better dealer and buying experience. Never mind the 5 star rating, I know they deserve a 100 star rating. I’m super impressed!!! As for the service department, once again fast to respond and quick turnaround time. In my first purchase, two recall notices were addressed, both completed in timely fashion and the feeling that I had when left the shop was one of safety and security in my vehicle. Explanation of the repairs from the mechanics helped me better understand how the my vehicle performs. I left feeling comfortable and safe knowing that they were as committed to their work as the sales team is. If you couldn’t tell, I have 100% confidence with Greenwich Cadillac!!!

Rondell is a terrible salesman !!!!

I was in shopping for a vehicle and I was being helped by Rondell, and he was unhelpful and extremely condescending. I was looking to buy an Escalade, and I decided to go elsewhere. Being a life long resident of Greenwich, I cannot and will not recommend this dealership to my friends or family anymore !! This will be the first vehicle I have not purchased from Greenwich Cadillac, I have been a customer for 20 plus years since Grassi Cadillac. It is unreal that you have a Salesman working for you like that !!!

Jim is old school when It comes to service. I bought my car from him over two years ago, and he has personally picked up my car at no cost anytime it's needed an oil change or any other service. This in addition to getting me an outstanding deal on exactly the car I wanted. I'm 50 years old, and dealing with Jim has been by far the most pleasant car buying and owning experience of my life.

Superior service from a classic brand

Excellent and efficient service from the Greenwich location. They place a true value on your time as I was in and out within the allotted two hour window - as promised (which happens every time). I have utilized other dealerships in the past, and this location is by far the best in the region. I will continue to drive an extra half hour to Greenwich, as I appreciate great service.

Great Experience

Loved this dealership. Open and honest to deal with, a no bs approach to car buying. Our sales person Raj was a pleasure and very helpful. We live over an hour away and they delivered our car to our driveway and spent an hour going over it. Highly recommend this one to anyone buying a Cadillac.

STAY AWAY

Absolutely terrible! The service staff is unprofessional and has no desire to help or solve the problems at hand. I am coming to the end of my lease and would NEVER put myself through another 39 months at this dealership nor would I recommend anyone else doing so. I have had multiple issues with the BRAND NEW CAR that I leased, which, understandably is not their fault. However, it IS their job to locate and solve these issues in a timely manner. That has NOT been the case in any of my experiences here. The most recent issue I had with the car was the dashboard going blank and flashing all zeros on the speedometer/ gas gauge and all of the other gauges. After reporting this issue to them, I dropped the car off and left it that morning around 10am. Called late that afternoon and they still haven't looked at the car. Understandable, they were busy at the time. The following day I called around noon and they said that the battery had been condemned and that it needed to be replaced and they had to wait for one to come in. Again, ok. They called the next morning and told me the battery had been replaced and that the car was ready for pickup. I went there to pick up the car and when I pulled out of the driveway it was still doing the same thing. When I went back in to let them know it was still having the same issue the technician came out and smacked the dashboard a few times and walked away. After waiting around, they finally came to tell me that I the entire cluster needed to be replaced (of course another part that had to be ordered). At this point, I asked for a loaner car rather than them leaving me stranded without a car for another two to three days with no logical plan or solution or end in sight. I was given a loaner and told they would call when my car was ready. Another day goes by with no contact so I call again and am told they won’t have the car ready until the following day. The 5th day finally comes around and they call me to tell me my car will be ready. On my way back to the dealership the tire pressure light comes on in the loaner. I pulled over and called the dealership to let them know the situation. They told me they didn't know what to do and that I should call roadside assistance. After figuring out the car has run-flat tires and seeing that the tire was not flat I proceeded to drive the rest of the way to the dealership. I left the car with them and picked up my car. They were aware of the tire being low due to our multiple phone conversations and there was no visible damage to the tire. I took my car and went on my way. With ZERO contact between then and 10 days later, I received a credit card receipt & invoice in the mail for a replacement of the loaner car tire for $350! Again, ZERO CONTACT between myself and ANYONE at the dealership between the time I left and the time I received a credit card receipt in the mail.I am not as concerned about the $350 as I am about the the negligent and unmotivated service department at this dealership. I called the service department to ask what was going on and why they charged my card without notifying me first, at which point I was told "Someone here told me that you were aware of the damage that YOU caused to the tire". There was no damage caused while I had the car and on top of that THEY NEVER TOLD ME THE TIRE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I asked them why this was and I was told "let me get my facts together and give you a call back". As anticipated, I didn't receive a call back. I called them back again the following morning and they gave me the same old story. "Someone here told me you acknowledged the tire was damaged when you dropped it off". WHERE IS THIS PERSON I TOLD AND WHAT EXACTLY DID I TELL THEM??? EVEN IF that was the case (which clearly it wasn't), WHY DID YOU NOT CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS??? When I dropped the car off there was NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND THERE WAS NO INSPECTION OF THE CAR. Simply, "have a nice day" after I let them know about the tire pressure. This is not the first time I have had an issue of this nature with this dealership. They are a disgrace the GM family name and need some serious overseeing from management. I have emailed this review to GM directly as well as the BBB and will post it to every review outlet available so other people won't have to deal with this dreadful dealership.

UNBELIEVABLE BUYING EXPERIENCE

Cadillac Of Greenwich (CT) is a "Total Team Effort" Dealership, when dealing with a customer. Purchasing this 2017 Cadillac XT5 was the "BEST" automobile purchasing experience EVER. Cadillac Of Greenwich personnel are polite, courteous, No Hassle, reasonably priced, and a total pleasure to deal with! The Cadillac Division of GM has a "real winner' in Cadillac Of Greenwich. I cannot say enough good things to express our pleasure dealing with the team. Bob, Jim, Kevin and Ron are all outstanding Cadillac representatives! The first call to the dealership was on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. We went to the dealership to look, touch, drive and get a price quote on Thursday (26th). The new Cadillac was delivered to us on Friday ( 27th) at 2:00 PM! One telephone call, a E-Mail to the sales representative (Jim) Wednesday. Reply to the E-Mail immediately. Jim was going to be out Thursday, but passed our information to Bob ( Sales Manager). We went to the dealership on Thursday at 1:00 PM, talked with Bob. Within 30 to 45 minutes, we came to a financial agreement with Bob. Then, Kevin (Bob had earlier sent Kevin (another sales rep) to get the vehicle and bring it to the front for us to see, and drive. Kevin went over the vehicle features in great detail. Then, we set an appointment to pick up the new XT5 with Ron (Financial Manager) for 2:00 PM THE NEXT DAY! Met with Ron at 2:00 PM Friday, and went through all financial details, signed all papers, and the sale was "almost" complete. After we finished working with Ron, Jim (Original sales rep I talked with on Wednesday) spent over one hour going over every detail, and how to use every feature, of the vehicle. Then, we drove away in the new XT5. Forty-Eight (48) hours after my first call. UNBELIEVABLE!!! If every Cadillac Dealership works like Cadillac Of Greenwich, 2016 is going to be really big year! I can't rave enough about this Dealership!

Cadillac Escalade Lease

I could not have had a better experience leasing a Cadillac Escalade. I worked with Kevin Lynch and Bob Doyle who were extremely helpful, honest, and very easy to work with. The whole crew there was great as they all seemed to work together to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. I highly recommend them. P.S. the Escalade is a thousand times better than the Mercedes GL450 (my previous lease). Lovin it!
