Excellent service at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield

To borrow a quote, "You don't earn loyalty in a day. You earn loyalty day-by-day." My Service Manager, Moya delivers on every visit. Commitments are honored, her knowlege of the cars is wide, and she has a personal touch and easy way about her. There is something special about her ability to make you feel like the only person she is helping on any given day. I could go to any dealer in Connecticut, I choose Mercedes Benz of Fairfield because I know I will be working with Moya.
