Perfect!

So happy with my purchase. My salesman was Mark Ballaro, the greatest!. Mark worked with me and I got exactly what I wanted, a beautiful Elantra at the price/payments I wanted. He is friendly, professional and efficient. He made me feel like we were friends! From the start I received emails thanking me for coming in and to call if I had any questions. I really appreciate the personal attention I was given. I have been recommending Fairfield Hyundai to my friends and family. I will for sure go to Fairfield Hyundai for future purchases. I love my car so much!

Excellent Experience!

I would definitely recommend Fairfield Hyundai to anyone! Out of all the car dealers I've been to searching for a car for months, Fairfield Hyundai was definitely the best and I was more than satisfied with the service I received. The customer service was beyond excellent from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off with my brand new car. Every employee, from the sales person, the finance person and the general manager as well as every other employee and sales associate were more than pleasant and helpful. They answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I find the car that was best for me. Purchasing a car can be very stressful, but Fairfield Hyundai made the entire process stress free for me. I will definitely be back to Fairfield Hyundai for any other future purchases and will tell all of my family and friends about my excellent experience at Fairfield Hyundai.

Completely Disappointed

Completely unhappy! It took me 8 hours and multiple trains to get to this dealership because they had the EXACT car I wanted. Dealing with Dave, the online sales manager for the week prior was pleasant, and I was looking forward to a smooth finalization. It then took the dealership 56 days to complete a 10 registration process, resulting in my having to park my brand new car and find a way to get to work. No one would take any sort of responsibility or initiative to solve the problem. I was very nice during this process, forward and to the point, but I kept my cool, and tried to help in figuring out where the ball was dropped. The General Sales Manager, Michael R., never returned my calls, and the overall communication from the staff was beyond limited, and for the most part, lies. Fairfield Hyundai fails at customer service, follow up, and follow through. Id never recommend them, and if it were possible to take away the one star, I would.

Worst Experience

I was looking to purchase a vechile on August 13,2012. I told the sales rep that I needed a day or two to sleep on it and he suggested that I leave a deposit of $500 to hold the car and the money would be totally refundable if I changed my mind. On the 15th I called and stated I was not interested and went there that evening to get my check back. The sales people stated the general manger wasn't there and I had to return. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was cashed on the 14th mind you I was there 7:30pm the day before. I constantly got one excuse after another so on the 4th day I went to the dealership and again that would not give me my refund so I called the Fairfield Police to fill out incident report and called corporate headquarters. Corporate would have nothing to do with me after they find out the police were called and the manger told the police I would have my check in5 to 7 business days. Well now it is the 30th No refund and made several attempts with dealership and all I got was excuse after excuse. So I am presently filling out forms to the Attorney General, DMV and the Better Business Bureau. I understand that this happened to someone a week before me. My advice is stay away - DO NOT BUY HYUNDAI

A car full of MICE!!!

They sold me a car with MICE. I trade in two luxury cars in an excellent condition and I bought two new Hyundais thinking I can save some money. Two days later I discover that my kid’s stroller and car seat were destroyed. I called the dealership and the headquarters right away explaining to them that one of the cars they sold me was full of mice. They told me that they are not responsible for anything and they don't care about the condition of the car. I leave in my house for 7 years and I have 4 cars on my lot. We never had problems with mice. The car is destroyed the mice ate the dashboard, wires in the engine and the seats. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. I called the headquarters and they basically told me that this is not their problem. Don’t buy Hyundai. At least not from this dealership. Once they sell you the car the next day they don’t know you. The worst customer service of my life. Now I have to pay $23,000 loan for a destroyed car. I am wondering if the president of Hyundai would like to have his kids traveling in a car destroyed by mice. PS: DO NOT BUY HYUNDAI.
