Hoffman Lexus

We contacted Hoffman Lexus through the internet and had a meeting set up with Karan S within 24 hours. We met with Karan with the intention of learning more about the 2015 RX350 and to get an idea of the trade-in value of our car. We ended up actually purchasing our new RX. Karan was especially considerate of our needs in terms of the various options on the new car. He was patient and very understanding. His calm personality and vehicle knowledge made for a pleasant new car purchasing experience. He was thorough with follow- up calls both before the day of delivery and even 4 days after to be sure all had met our expectations. He impressed us with the Hoffman facilities and apparent attention to detail provided to make the customer feel special from the comfortable customer lounge to the various courtesy services that they provide.
