Enterprise Car Sales East Hartford

The start of my enterprise experience went well, as time went on it became clear that the employee that was working with me wasn't concerned with my own personal needs she was just concerned about selling a car as fast as she could I did walk out of there with the car that I intended on purchasing however that was just that there was no above and beyond and I had to wait over a week for my car to be transferred from another location and they told me it would only be 48 hours and then when I went to pick up the car there was scratches and dents all over it I had to wait another two weeks for the car and when I finally went to pick it up after they "professionally painted the WHOLE car " ( another fable i was told) The symbol on the front of the car was hanging off as well as the brakes were grinding I asked they employee about it she told me not to worry about it that all vehicles go through 109 point inspection that's fine I understand that she's got a que card she needs to read off but I was standing in front of her with a dumbfounded look on my face and she had nothing to offer me she wanted me to drive off that lot with the symbol hanging off the front of my car the brakes grinding a chip in the windshield no floormat on the front seat of the car my needs and my concerns were overlooked and not met I was rushed into a car forced into a financial agreement that I has not agreed-upon i an paying $100 more than i wanted to a month and get this one the car was given to me on empty with the gaslight on and zero oil in the car is ticking and is going into the shop on Monday I've had this car less than a month I am completely dissatisfied with their service they were more concerned with their vacation time then their customers and joking around in the office and when I told the sales girl that I didn't give a great review that was the last time I heard from the sales person ad Gain she stop trying to help me
