I worked with Stan on ordering my MINI Cooper S. He answered all my questions and pointed out many different options. He helped me sort thru the differences and made sure my order was complete and accurate. The whole process for me lasted about 5 hours, the whole time he was upbeat and did not pressure at all. The owner was on hand and came over and introduced herself and did not give the air of being an owner. You might have mistook her for the finance manager. Everyone from receptionist, sales manager, sales associate to owner made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dealership for buying a MINI.
