Purchased a Used Ford F350 biggest Mistake buying from heritage
Written by 06/18/2009
onI purcahsed a used 2004 ford F350 less then 2 months ago and it has been awful ever since. I left the dealership optomistic and excited about my purchase. My first mistake was taking there word to be honest. After talking about the truck and having there word that is was working and everything including 4x4 was working. I left drove 20 miles up t my mountain drive and was stuck in mud with the Auto 4x4. After running into my salesman who was nice enough to enquire about this he called abd said bring it by the shop. The mechanics looked at it and said the hubs needed to be replaced. So there word was false they stuck with the it worked when you left scenario. We ended up negotiating to pay half which still felt WRONG. I continued to drive it and it had some random hessitation when increasing speed on hills. Knowing Heritage would have said "it wokrd when you left" I took it in for its emissions. I barley passed and they said it was EXTREMELY DIRTY. I brought it to my mechanic to have them look at it and now I am up to 3200.00 dollars in parts and labor on truck that I have been driving less then 2 months. DONT TRUST HERITAGE FORD.....
