I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and couldn’t be happier. I live 75 miles away from this dealership, the drive was definitely worth it. Excellent sales staff, as well as top notch concierge service. Thank you Greg and Kenny for providing such a wonderful buying experience.

Outstanding Sales Consultant

I had been looking for a White CTS for my wife for over two years. Tony Mellick assisted me, resulting in finding just what I was looking for. He followed up every other week to see if I had any luck, and when a lease return meeting my requirement was available at your dealership, I was able to purchase it without the normal run around I have found at other locations. He walk me thru all out the necessary paper work making the purchase a true joy. Employees such as Tony are a MAJOR PLUS to your sales staff. Too bad other dealers don't have more like him.

Amazing Experience!!!

I was a little hesitant to even call, saw my dream truck at John Elway Cadillac, thought it was worth a try. I immediately felt at ease with Greg Stockton, his professionalism, prompt and courteous service, and attention to detail was unlike any I've had. Upon arrival (we live 5 hours from them) they treated my wife and kids as their own, a huge plus!!!! We have been through many dealers in the past, and would, without any hesitations, go back to Greg and John Elway Cadillac! If you are looking for a top notch ride, check them out! Lousy service

These guys are typical used car salesman and their service department is dishonest and incompetent. I made the mistake of buying a older but low mileage vehicle from John Ellway with the idea that I should get good reliability based on the low mileage and the fact that the dealer had " supposedly" done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and judged it to be in good order. On the ride home I couldn't seem to get the heat working properly but it was night and I was unfamiliar with the vehicle and on the highway so I opted to wait and try to figure out the next day after consulting the manual. The next day I figured out, it didn't work. This was an item specifically signed off on by the technician as having been checked out and in proper working order so at this point I have no faith that their extensive inspection of the vehicle even took place. Not more than 2 weeks later the dreaded check engine light comes on, OH God what have I gotten myself into! A couple of months in and an independent party performed a diagnostic check that showed 22 error codes one of which showed a left abs speed sensor error, that is hooked to the left front wheel bearing, I recalled something about the left front wheel bearing in the data from the dealer sure enough they had worked on it but when I took it to the dealer miraculously the problem was not with the part they had fixed and would be obliged to fix it was now somehow on the other wheel bearing. THIS IS A CAR THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 25K MILES ON IT. So far in less than 2 months it has required the diverter switch for the heat and AC replaced, it had an O2 sensor go bad, it has had 2 wheel bearings fail. Dealing with the service department is impossible, they tell you they'll have information by a certain time and then when you haven't heard anything and call hours after the time THEY TOLD YOU, they get snippy with you and tell you things like they are just waiting for the results of the computer scan like they're waiting to get back data from NASA or something. Last week I thought there was light at the end of the tunnel, the manager Gavin said he would take the vehicle back, today he calls and says he can only do that if I buy something else from them, That's like a restaurant saying " since you got food poisoning from you dinner, we'll give you another dinner free. Needless to say I won't be buying anything else from John Ellway Cadillac.

Great Experience

I purchased a 2016 XTS on 10/19/16 and then went back and bought another same year and model on 10/27/16. Ron Goodman the sales manager and Andrew Greenberg my salesman were both professional kind friendly. They worked with me every step of the way we used all forms of communication email phone and in person. Bea McNealy the finance director wes awesome to deal with as well she explained all the options and prices throughout the whole process. Andrew our salesman explained all about our new XTS,s during the test drive and back at the dealership. He handled helping us pair our phones and setting up sirius xm radio and on star and was great to work with. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this dealership and Gavin Pierce the managing partner and John Elway should be proud of the people working there with them to make this Cadillac Dealership a great success.

Always an exceptional experience

Although the dealership is pretty far from my home, the reason I return is because of the genuineness of the staff. It does not matter the reason I come, everyone and I do mean EVERYONE is ready and willing to help me, with genuine friendliness, an evident desire to provide exceptional customer service and an overall cohesiveness that makes it a pleasant experience every single time.

This dealership always takes great care of us and our 4 cars (3 Cadillac and 1 Pontiac). Special thanks to Ron Goodman and Brian Jones who help me during a recent GMS purchase. A very special thanks to Ken Hoyer who has been our go to service manager since 2003. Ken is always right on the money when we have problems and always makes sure we get the best service fast. I wouldn't take my cars to anyone else.
