onUnfortunately, I cannot give Autonation Ford a positive review. To many mistakes have been made in what should have been a very simple transaction and process.
The finance department made a lot of mistakes.
One of the keys for the truck does not work, so now I have to take time out of my day to make arrangements to come to your service department to get a key programmed that should have been programmed prior to me taking possession of the truck. Upon calling autonation and bringing this to their attention, I was given excuses as to why I could not bring the truck and the key in at a time of my preference. In addition, a fuel leak developed and when told, there was no sense of urgency from the dealership.
