Oil Change gone wrong

It took me 4 attempts to get my car (Chevy Volt) in for an oil change. I had a coupon for this and that was never applied to my bill. I was charged for a wheel alignment and never asked for permission, which I would have said no- because I just purchased new tires and this service was already performed in early December when I got new snow tires on. The work that was performed was great, the communication could have been improved, and the scheduling was a mess.

From my initial purchase to the routine maintenance I have found my automotive needs met at my local Chevrolet (Mountain Chevrolet) dealership. The dealer owner sends his mechanics to GM training centers in order for his crew to keep up to date with the complex nature of today's cars. I know I put my Volt in good hands when my car is due for service.
