Recall Repair

I had my Xterra in the service center to find out about a recall repair that I needed performed on my car.
I had my vehicle in to my family mechanic, and he notified me of the recall, but Tynans would not help me.
The service manager insisted that the vin number on my car didn't exist and that he knew nothing of my problem.
The boys in the parts counter were rude and not helpful.
I took the car to a dealer in Pueblo, Colorado, and was helped immediately.
Never will I return to Tynans.
