Dishonest Sales Department

I purchased a preleased vehicle in Feb 2021 from Mile High Honda. I requested that my old car be donated to my charity of choice. Instead, I find out your dealership sold my car. Giving me nothing, and no trade in compensation. Your managers are silent on this matter. I have contacted your dealership many times with no return call aside from Bob Rausch, who said he'd get back to me. That hasn't happened. Integrity and transparency means everything in a professional business. You have my number. Call me, and make this right. Honor your customers. They pay your salary. Fairness and being honest is what it's all about. Your lack of communication speaks volumes.

Alex at Mile High Acura helped us purchase a used vehicle. He was very prepared and helped make the process go very quickly. The used car we purchased had so much interest we needed the process to move quickly! Alex was very knowledgeable and very friendly! We would definitely go back to Alex to purchase another car!

2021 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E

I was looking for the new 2021 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E in the new Radiant Red Metallic II color. No dealer had them in stock but two showed they had one or two coming in. I contacted Mile High Honda as they were one of the dealers and I bought my last Ridgeline from them. They were absolutely awesome, they helped me reserve one of the two they had coming in and gave me an excellent price on my trade. I had a great first experience and now second experience. Albert, my sales associate, was phenomenal! Can't say enough good about Mile High Honda!

No ac

Bought an 08 honda crv. I'm 3 hours away from denver. Within an hour driving home after my purchase. The ac stopped working. I told the sale gentleman the next day. He informed me I bought it AS IS. I spent $10,000 on this car and have to bn pay another $1,000 to fix it. I will never go back to this dealership

Mile High is the BEST!

We just bought our car through Kelsey and Edwardo at Mile High Honda. We have never received such personal and sincere service from a dealership like this. The price on our car beat any other dealership in the Denver area. These two individuals were extremely knowledgeable! Edwardo took great care to insure he went over every technological advantage on our new car- sometimes twice to make sure we were comfortable with it! We never felt pressured and left with our new car completely satisfied we made the right decision using Mile High Honda! Go here first- I did tons of research - I hope I just saved you time!

They are good before or during you purchase the car, but not responsive at all afterwards. I bought a new CRV 2 months ago, they made mistake on the purchase document, I requested them many times to correct and update the document and send me the updated one. they never respond, but mailed me month later without noticing me! I am not sure if I will buy Honda again, Honda makes good cars, but pretty sure I will not recommend this dealer, mile high Honda.

Beware of the 'do me' fees

Daniel told me right up front, "I can assure you that we do not conduct business in a shady manner". I guess I should have taken the hint. I was trying to help my niece buy a new Honda CR-V using the internet (since that's what it's there for). She doesn't want to go in to a dealership by herself because some dealers, not all dealers, but some, will try and overcharge you. To make a long review short I asked Daniel for the price on an exact vehicle. He quoted me a price very consistent to other dealers. He told me the price was firm and I told him I liked the price. When I got the written quote they tacked on a $599 DOC fee and an inconsequential title fee. I looked up DOC fee and it can essentially be anything. It's what we used to call a 'do me' fee meaning we charge it because we can and there is nothing you can do about it. Consumer advocate websites say to question anything above $100 so I did. I told Daniel that I didn't want to buy the DOC fee and that I would have to think about it. I also emailed Daniel's manager Jason but he doesn't return emails. He sends them well enough, but doesn't return them. The takeaway from this dealership is to beware that they add $~600 to the price of your car just to do some paper filing with hopes you won't complain. Some would call paper filing the cost of doing business. Next time I will take the advice given to me and ask for Lori.

After my old car was totaled, I needed a new one. Mile High Honda is near my home, so I tried there. My salesman, Daniel, was just great, and no one gave me a hard sell. It was a pleasant experience, not at all what I feared. My new Fit is fun to drive and I got a good deal.

Browsing for a used vehicle and sales manager Dave M. proposed leasing a new one instead. Got up set up in a brand new Honda Odyssey for less than we were hoping to pay monthly. Daniel was excellent, the entire process was very easy and stress free. I will absolutely be coming back for another vehicle when this lease is up.

When my 1999 Honda Accord started giving me maintenance problems my first choice was Mile High Honda due to the excellent service I had received during the 16 years i owned my last Accord. The sales department didn't disappoint me. Both Ricardo and Matt were very helpful throughout the sale.

I have bought a lot of cars over the year, I am old, and this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. I know most people would rather walk across hot coals than try and buy a new car, but honestly this was fairly pleasant. I spent over 8 hours at the dealership but I actually ended up buying two vehicles. The salesman was patient and answered out seemingly endless questions. We are very happy with the purchase and the dealership. If you visit Mile High Honda, be sure to ask for Daniel and he is patient, kind, and takes the time to explain and answer your questions. He is personable and works hard to earn trust. if he doesn't know he goes and finds out> It is hard to go wrong with a Honda so if you can get a great dealer, a super salesman, and an amazing vehicle, why wouldn't you go to Mile High Honda? This really is a good place to do business...even if buying a car isn't fun!

Mallik, who gave all the right information making it an easy and smoith decision to buy the car from here. Completely satisfied with new 2016 Honda Fit purchase, available options and installation, and free loner car provided during options installation process over the year end holidays. Purchase price was very competitive, received a fair trade in on 15 year old Civic, and a favorable interest rate on new car loan.
