We initially went to Tynen's VW and left because they were dishonest and pressured us to buy a car we did not want. TJ provided a great buying experience that was comfortable and straight forward. After purchasing the vehichle he called multiple times to see if I had any questions about the car. I will definitely be purchasing my future Volkswagons from Emich and specifically TJ.
