onAll around horrible experiences with service advisors and the Service Manager on multiple visits.
Unwilling to help a repeat customer and offer solutions to quality issues direct from manufacturer. They don't stand behind their work or the quality of their brand. Communication between service advisors, manager and client seems to be very broken. When a car has been in and out of their shop 6 times within a 3 week process and never fixed..do they really need to ask what problems we are having?
They should be able to pull up the info / issues upon check in. Past and Current if not resolved. Its called, know your customer!
