onThis was the 3rd car I have purchased from the Phil Long organization, and the first time I have had a pleasant experience. My previous experiences with the organization had been wrought with lies, overpriced vehicles, and a gross misunderstanding of customer service.
Research for this car was completed on USAA.com, and I immediately received an online price, was contacted by the internet manager Nadine to set up an appointment, and received detailed directions on how to get to the dealership.
Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by the internet manager, and immediately handed off to Greg Baker a salesman. Greg was the consummate professional, answering all questions, and taking the time to drive the vehicle in a variety of ways to fully demonstrate the Blue Drive (Hybrid) capabilities and limitations.
When the time was right, we sat down and finalized the deal. I met the sales manager, Phil Gama, the service adviser I would be assigned to (Marty), and even had the General Manager come out and speak with me. Overall a great experience.
Lastly, Greg followed up with me to make sure everything was good with the car, and every time I bring it in for service, not only do I see Greg, I am greeted by Phil, Nadine, and on occasion the General Manager.
I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking at Hyundai's, trust me, some Denver dealerships may quote you a lower price (then hit you with add-ons in the fine print), but Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills will not only be up front on the price of the vehicle, but they strive to bring you into the family and earn not only your business, but that of your friends and family as well.
