Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek Volkswagen

We have had many poor experiences with dirito Brothers WC VW. Twice I have come for appointments which someone failed to make in the computer. They told me there was a back order on rotors, so I called Dublin VW and they had no recollection of this, so we took our van there instead. The last appointment we had, they knocked out the air conditioning vent and didn't bother to fix it or mention it. I thought that would be an easy fix. I tried to fix it, but its impossible. I took our vehicle in because it would shut down while in motion and they treated me like I was crazy. The guy even asked me if I accidentally put the van in park while I was driving. Sadly, we live and work in close proximity to Dirito Brothers VW, so we keep giving them another try. Ricky is the only person in service that has made it slightly pleasant to come in to the dealership.
