Alex, Freddy, Mike and Francisco were the best to work with! Very helpful, caring, understanding, and on it!! They definitely know what they are doing and create a bond on a whole other level, you get a full explanation of the vehicle you are looking at, a full explanation of what is needed from you, and they do everything in your power to make sure you leave with your new car!! Great Service Department

Took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for radio problems Was told by my service advisor that they would need to replace my radio with a new one. Service advisor placed an order for a new radio and it came in within a week, new radio was installed and is working as it should be I am glad they took good care of me and my jeep.

Best experience yet in buying a new car. I’ve done this process many times and many different locations and I must say that I have no intention to ever shop anywhere else for a vehicle with the great service I received. Have been taking my vehicles to this dealership for about 15 years now. They have always been upfront with costs and repaired it right the first time. Service department is well run with staff being long time employees so very consistent and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for any Chrysler vehicle owners.

Great service experience

I went there with an issue with my Jeep Cherokee, I was send with one of the managers (Kenneth) and we discussed the issue, he took care of it and during the whole process (some parts had to be ordered) he kept me updated on the status. Once the parts arrived they took care of it real quick. They were very professional.

Best Damn Ram I've had yet!

I looked for 2 months for a Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 and could not find a used one in my price range with low milage, so I was intent on getting a New one. I was at Lampe for some parts and walked out to look at their trucks (They had 10 New SB. Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4's ranging from Low $ to High $$). Also, they had a Beautiful used 2018 SB. (Low milage 48,000mi.in my price range) Laramie Diesel 4x4 that stopped me in my tracks. Christain (Salesperson) showed me that truck plus a New 2022 Tradesman (a few $ more also in my price range). (No pressure from Christain as to which Truck to buy). Long story short, I'm glad I needed parts on that day and Got a Fantastic truck. Love that Dealership, I shopped around the state and other states and still got the best deal close to home.

I really enjoyed working with Christian on purchasing my new vehicle. I was not pressured at all and took several prior visits to dealership to test drive different cars in which Robert helped us out with. Both Christian and Robert are respectful, helpful and kind salesmen and I was very comfortable working with them. I would definitely recommend this dealership and its staff if you’re in the market for purchasing a new or used vehicle. The financing department also was pleasant and efficient with the paperwork process.

I brought my vehicle in by appointment for one issue and the morning of my truck would not start so I was late. They not only took care of the issue we had an appointment for but they handled the other issues the same day and were done in about 3-4 hours!

Great Service

The service department did a great job in setting my appointment up, getting my parts in, and performing the repairs in a better-than-promised time frame. My only suggestion is to revisit your online appt. confirmation system. I was not able to confirm appt. via the email, had to call in and "check-in" because the system repeatedly spit out an error.

Disappointed in repairs……

I recently bought a dodge Durango from your dealership and love the car so far. However, the Radio had went out after only four months of using the vehicle and appointment was made to swap out the radio for a new one. While waiting for the radio to be delivered, I was told it would take anywhere from two weeks to three weeks and I would be notified asap when it comes in. I waited four weeks before calling back and asking them if they have received the radio that I needed was told the radio have been in for sometime and advise them that I was suppose to be notified when it came in. It was not the bad part , during installation, one of the workers damaged my dashboard by trying to pry out the old radio, resulting in holes and cuts in my dashboard. I was advised by service that they would replace the dash asap and would be notified as soon as it came in…Again, I waited and waited and had to call them back to ask if the dashboard had came in and I was told he has been in and now I needed to make an appointment. That was the second time I wasn’t notified. After the dash board was replaced I went to drive the vehicle. I noticed immediately that the driver side air conditioner was not working well. The passenger side was getting cooler and mine stayed hot. Also, the fob key would not work while it was in my pocket, I had to literally take it out and hold it close to the start button for it to start. It wouldn’t read and then many times it would just say FOB has left the vehicle. I will put it out to the service agent who advised me they would take a look at the vehicle again, but needed a vehicle for a full day again. While waiting for a day to take the vehicle I heard constant rattling in the drivers side dash and rattling in the hood area. I decided to wait until I took the vehicle in again. While getting my oils changed the tech advised he found a wrench left behind by the last person who worked in the vehicle. (Dodge) I called the service manager who confirm the wrench brand that was located in fact, belong to their service department. It’s a shame because the sales area was amazing and easy to deal with but it seems like every time I take my vehicle in for service something else is wrong with it right after they work on it some mistake has been made or they didn’t get to fix what was really a problem. Also after contacting the service agents regarding the status of my vehicle I would leave multiple messages to be called back and was never contacted. All in all it has been a very frustrating experience with the service department.
