onSince the move from the Quick Lane office to service area, things have not been running as smoothly as before. There seems to be an issue with my loyalty account. I had earned a free oil change, computer said I had earned one, not used it, and yet wasn't in my account to be redeemed. The gal in the checkout area was fantastic as always and helped me with that particular problem.
Overall, the service was not bad, although for the 3rd time there I asked for my car to be washed post-oil change and it did not happen.
