My wife and I recently visited Kirby Subaru Saturday, 04/23/16, and are glad to say our experience was exceptional. Francisco is a very honest man and down to earth. We were probably at the dealership negotiating our 2015 Subaru Forester for two to three hours which felt like a long time to me but in reality it is probably my responsibility due to me being stern on my financial expectations. However, in the end, Francisco gave us a very low interest rate, a high trade in value for our 2010 Honda Civic and a monthly payment that when all said and done, was decent after a 100,000 mile 7 year bumper to bumper warranty plus gap insurance add on. He also threw in a complimentary oil change service. Francisco was very patient with me and my negotiating and I really felt he was doing the best he could for my family and I.
