Very attentive

onI received a notice from Chevrolet about my 2011 Equinox. Since I drive so many miles it was difficult to get it on sooner. With just 528 miles left on my warranty, I made the appointment and took it in. Steve handled the service call flawlessly.
The next morning after evaluation, I was informed that a huge amount of work would be done cost free, under the warranty. Steve phoned me the following week to pick it up. Upon
my arrival I found the work to be perfect to my liking. Steve took the car from me and called me the next day.
Upon my return he assured me they had found a minor problem in the previous work, rectified that situation and test drove the car a number of miles to assure all was fixed. I am completely satisfied with this facility and their employees. If you need a service advisor at AutoNation Chevrolet, ask for Steve!!
