Tustin Hyundai charges $500.00 when you pay off your lease. If you pay the lease company direct you will not have to pay this Inspection Fee. Beware of this fee you do not have to pay if you deal with the leasing department direct.

Professional yet friendly buying process

Bill Farris was the first person I met when I contacted the dealership. We had a brief meeting and he became my contact person. Bill is very pro-active & knowledgeable and handled the entire buying process in a very professional yet relaxed & friendly manner. He took the time to answer all my questions with clarity and in detail. It made the entire buying process very smooth and enjoyable and was completed in a reasonable amount of time in spite of the fact that the dealership had to make a dealer transfer to get the car I wanted. I highly recommend Bill Farris. He is an experienced professional and an asset to the Tustin Hyundai team!

Leasing from Tustin Hyundail was so Easy!

We recently had one lease end with Tustin Hyundai and were considering whether to buy or to lease again. About 3 months before our lease was scheduled to end we started getting reminder emails from a very helpful salesman at Tustin Hyundai, Bill Farris. He was so helpful in explaining the different options available for both a new lease option and to buyout the car we currently were leasing. We were able to get all of the research and information done over the phone with Bill. He was so helpful in answering each question we had. And when we settled on a new car lease he helped us get the exact car we wanted. When it was time to turn in our old lease, we had the perfect car waiting for us at Tustin Hyundai. Our financing was in place and all we had to do was arrive at 4pm and by 5:30 we were driving away with our new car. Not only was Bill extremely helpful but the system he has in place in follow up by email and phone calls with their current lease customers nearing the end of their lease was phenomenal. It made our lives so easy. Bill was positive, supportive, got us exactly what we wanted at a fair price and made the whole experience easy. That is saying a lot!

THis is a public service announcement to everyone looking to buy a car. Great experience! Got lots of rebates, took my tradein, and we knew the cars, got 2, we wanted and got a great deal! I don't think all dealerships are as cool and easy as this place. And ask for TREY, the nicest sales person there is, very helpful and made the entire situation seemless!

We could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and supportive service we received at Tustin Hyundai recently. Trey Lewis patiently walked us thru nearly every car on the lot, explaining the differences and allowing us to explore our options. Finally, when we were ready to buy, we made a hastle-free, no non-sense purchase. We drove out happy with our 2015 Sonata Sport edition. Thanks, Trey, for a great experience. Jeff C. is the best! I never felt like I was dealing with a "car salesman," but instead the entire experience from the test drive to the signing of the lease was straight forward and painless. The Walking Dead Hyundai Tucson

Jeff C. helped me surprise my daughter purchase her first new vehicle. We drove her new Walking Dead Tucson across country to Kentucky. It was fantastic. She'll drive it to Myrtle Beach for college in 2 weeks. I feel so much better knowing she has a safe, reliable vehicle to travel in. Not to mention in style. She's in love. Tustin Hyundai is out rite the best place to buy your next Hyundai - Jeff is the Internet Manager there and he has to be the coolest person selling cars anywhere today. He knows the product in & out and when you meet him, you wont even feel that your buying a car, it feels like you become part of his family. The Hyundai Dealership it's self is a fun place to be -- no pressure -- no stress -- it's the 2nd happiest place to be -- Ha Ha. The staff there - Jeff - Troy - Cheryl and Phil are really great people and if you want a Great Auto Buying Experience make sure you go to Tustin Hyundai and the John Paterson OC Auto Team.

Jeff C. from the internet department was very good to work with. He gave us a lot of information on the used car we were looking at and was very personable. He gave us some good tips at looking at used cars. He kept us in the loop of where the process was and chatted with us while we were waiting. Good sales associate to work with as well as Sheryl and Trey from the finance department. I would recommend this team and dealership when looking for either a new or used cars.

I did a lot of research before purchasing my car and decided to work with the internet department. I was contacted by Jeff C. at Tustin HYundai and he was a pleasure to work with. The 2014 car that I wanted was limited due to the release of the 2015's and were few around. Jeff said not to worry as he would find it for me and he did. I was never pressured to make a purchase and the deal went smoothly. The price was good as I had already talked with many dealers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and tell them to ask for Jeff C. from the internet sales department!

I was shopping around for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata limited and had called a few dealers to verify they still had the unit on their lots. I informed each dealer that I would come see the unit during a week night after work but would purchase the car on Saturday when I did not work. Mike F. was the only Salesman to not haggle me to buy the car the night I test drove it and came in early to assist me when I did come in to purchase. The fact that he did not tell me when I needed to buy the car but instead let me choose earned my respect and my purchase from Tustin Hyundai. The dealership experience overall was fantastic and they take customer loyalty very seriously. They offer complementary hamburgers and hot dogs on Saturday afternoons while you wait for things such as scheduled maintenance or even a free car wash! I would highly recommend Mike F. at Tustin Hyundai to anyone!

The quality of service that I received from Jeff was amazing. I believe online departments tend to have a lower price than the normal sales department, so I won't talk too much about the amazing price I payed for my car. However, what I enjoyed the most was the enthusiasm that I received from Jeff when I first met him till the end of the sale. Even if he wasn't an online department personnel, I have no doubt that I would buy a car from him. What I found lacking in other dealerships was the dealer's love towards cars, which is fine, but that made me give Jeff so much respect on his quality of his job. If anyone reading this is planning on buying a car at Tustin Hyundai, which I think you should, please do have a conversation with Jeff as you will know in an instance that he loves the cars he sell. He will tell you every bit of the car before you walk out of the lot, which was very different from my previous buying experience where we had a dealer who just gave me the keys after we paid the money. The best part was when he made a bet that I will give him the biggest smile, ear to ear, when he calls me using the bluetooth hand-free function on the Genesis Coupe 2.0T before I drive out of the lot. Guess what, he was right, and I am glad that such dealers exist who can make the buyers leave the lot with complete satisfaction.
