Price Ford has fantastic people working in their sales department. I specifically worked with Masen and Josh to complete an order on my truck. They handled any hiccups in ford’s process with professionalism, knowledge and sought out information to guide me through the shipping and ordering process. This is a great dealer and I’m sure all the people working sales are also fantastic as well. I’ll definitely buy from Price Ford again!

I’m a returning customer but I brought my wife to Price Ford of Turlock to let her decide on a new car. Salesman Juan did an excellent job on info on all different models. We narrowed her decision on a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport. Had the test drive and she loved it. Still had enough room for a small SUV. Would recommend to all friends and family.

Bull dog service style

My experience with the overall staff was pleasant and communication was pretty clear however, my credit was ran 7 times, but I was told it was only twice. The car in purchased is a 2013 Ford Escape. I have a loud rattling sound coming from the rear right of the car, the driver side sun visor is coming out of its placement on the left hand corner of the roof, and cosmetic ware is becoming more noticeable on the exterior (warn plastic accents and "sandblasted" looking spots on right side of car). I walked around this whole car prior to purchase, they got me good with the detail. Compared to the complaints on the car I traded in, I should have gotten a better deal on the starting price of the car. Decent overall.

Josh Lewis made it easy to buy from Price Ford. He held the car for us and delivered the car to us in Cool, Ca. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Josh and it was also delivered to us. I highly recommend Price Ford and Josh Lewis. It doesn't matter where you live. Price Ford will give you the best Price.

I took my car in to another Ford Dealer for warranty work. After a week, I had heard nothing from them. When I called, they said the part wasn't in. After asking them to cancel, I called Price Ford. They got me in right away and the very next day, they had the part in and did the Warranty repair. Will take all my business to Price Ford from now on!

Had a problem on day 6 after buying a Certified vehicle. When talking to the Sales Mgr I mentioned I was still within my 10 day 'grace period' and could return the vehicle. His immediate reply was "Well then bring it back" . I was appalled and damn near did return it.

It took a few days to do. While the people at Price Ford were nice to work with, there was some confusion in answering questions about the car I bought, and the options that I was looking for. The trade in value was in line with Kelly Blue Book, and I think I got a fair deal on the car. It isn't exactly what I wanted, but close.
