Salesman Troy L. was really great

onI knew the exact year and model of a Pilot LX I was looking for in a pre-owned Honda, had been searching for months and knew the market value. what was on other lots, etc. I chose a Honda dealership (over CarMax) because I wanted it certified.
I reached out to Troy L. who kept me informed via email when ones became available.
This process lasted approx. two months (and Scott Robinson wasn't the only lot looking for me).
One came available, we made an appointment to see it, and I knew it was the car for me right away. I sat down to make a deal and Troy was great.
Since it was a used car he convinced me to get an extended warranty which I think was a prudent decision (although time will tell).
Troy made the buying experience very positive.
